Description

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a classifying rotor blade pin in an airflow crusher. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a classifying rotor blade pin in an airflow pulverizer used for manufacturing silicon carbide powder.

2. Description of the Related Art Face-to-face collision type high-pressure airflow crushers having pulverization and classification functions have been used for various applications. For example, a high-density ceramic sintered body can be obtained by finely pulverizing ceramic powder by using the above-mentioned face-to-face collision type high-pressure airflow pulverizer and reducing variation in powder diameter.

However, in the face-to-face collision type high-pressure airflow pulverizer, the pulverization of the powder is performed by causing the powders to collide with each other by the high-pressure airflow, so that contamination of impurities is effectively prevented. However, there has been a problem that the wear in the pulverizer is severe due to the collision of the powder, and in particular, the wear on the blade pins (rods) of the classification rotor that classifies the powder pulverized by the high-pressure airflow.

In the high-pressure airflow pulverizer, it is preferable that only powder pulverized to a predetermined particle size can be classified and conveyed. However, in the above-mentioned face-to-face collision type high-pressure airflow pulverizer, powder having a particle size larger than a predetermined particle size passes through the gap between the lower surface of the classification rotor and the upper end of the powder conveying means and is mixed through the opening. It was a problem to do.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problem, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses an airflow type pulverizer in which the blade pin 23 of the classification rotor can be replaced. According to such an apparatus, the powder can be pulverized and classified at a low cost. In such a blade pin, a core material is attached to a blade pin body made of resin with an adhesive. Although only the blade pin body was worn, the core material had to be discarded. In addition, it is difficult to align the classification rotor.

Therefore, there has been a demand for an airflow type pulverizer including a classification rotor having blade pins that can reuse the core material.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to embodiments, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings.

The airflow type pulverizer 1 shown in FIG.
(B) The crushing chamber 10, (b) The raw material supply pipe 12 provided on the side wall of the crushing chamber 10, and (c) Provided on the side wall below the raw material supply pipe 12 and put into the crushing chamber 10. A plurality of pulverized nozzles 14a and 14b that form a fluidized bed of pulverized powder by accelerating and colliding the raw material 5, and (d) a solid gas that is provided above the pulverized chamber 10 and separated from the fluidized bed of pulverized powder. Fine powder is carried out to the outside of the pulverization chamber 10 provided with a collection port at a distance of less than 0.2 mm from the classification rotor 20 for separating fine powder from the mixed flow and (e) the discharge port 29 of the classification rotor 20. A fine powder collector 30.

As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the classification rotor 20 includes an upper plate 21, a lower plate 25, and a hollow cylinder made of urethane resin and sandwiched between the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 25. And a plurality of blade pins 23 each having a core member coupled to the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 25 at both ends inserted into the hollow portion. The classifying rotor 20 is rotated by a motor 40 attached to the grinding chamber 10.

As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 3, a plurality of the blade pins 23 are arranged at substantially equal intervals between the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 25, and are fixed by screws 27 as shown in the exploded view of FIG. Yes.
As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 5, the wing pin 23 is a coupling portion in which both end portions are coupled to the upper plate 21 and the lower plate 25 in the hollow portion of the coating portion 231 having a hollow cylindrical portion formed of urethane resin. A core material having 235 is inserted. The coating part 231 of the blade pin 23 is preferably formed from a urethane resin having an iron concentration of less than 50 ppm. This is to prevent impurities from entering the finely pulverized collector. From the viewpoint of preventing the entry of impurities, the coating portion 231 of the blade pin 23 is more preferably formed from a urethane resin having an aluminum concentration of less than 5 ppm.

Next, the operation of the airflow crusher 1 will be described. The raw material 5 is charged into the grinding chamber 10 from the raw material supply pipe 12. The raw material 5 is accelerated and collided by the high-pressure airflow flowing out from the pulverizing nozzles 14a and 14b. A fluidized bed of pulverized powder is formed in the pulverization chamber 10. The fine powder separated from the fluidized bed enters the classification rotor 20 through the gap between the blade pins 23 of the rotating classification rotor 20. Only the fine powder passes through the discharge port 29 provided in the lower plate 25 of the classification rotor 20. And fine powder is attracted | sucked by the fine powder collector 30 from the collection port 31 provided adjacent to the discharge port 29, and is settled in the fine powder collection part 33. FIG.

Since the coating part 231 of the blade pin 23 of the classification rotor 20 is highly pure, impurities can be prevented from entering the fine powder collector 30. The distance between the lower plate 25 and the collection port 31 of the classifying rotor 20 can be kept constant while keeping the distance between the lower plate 25 and the collection port 31 by a vertical movement mechanism (not shown). In the blade pin according to the present embodiment, the core material is pressed into the hollow portion of the coating portion without using an adhesive. That is, the length of the blade pin can be adjusted by cutting the core material into a desired length. Therefore, a constant parallelism can be maintained without the coating portion entering between the upper plate and the lower plate. As a result, the powder can be prevented from entering through the gap between the lower plate 25 and the collection port 31. Further, the particle size distribution of the fine powder can be kept constant.

(Method for manufacturing the blade pin 23)
A method for manufacturing the blade pin 23 shown in FIG. 5 will be described:
(A) A urethane resin and a curing agent are added to a container made of resin and stirred to prepare a raw material solution. As the container made of the above resin, a container made of a known resin such as polyethylene, polyacetal, nylon (registered trademark), Teflon (registered trademark) or the like can be used. By using such a container, contamination of impurities can be prevented. As a kneader used for stirring, an automatic / revolving type stirring deaerator can be used.

(B) Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the raw material solution is added to a mold 50 made of Teflon (registered trademark). (C) Also, as shown in FIG. 7, a metal pin 52 made of an aluminum alloy (SUS) is inserted as a metal pin into the center of the mold 50. Since a groove for holding the metal pin 52 is provided in the lower part of the mold 50, the metal pin 52 is held at the center of the mold 50. The mold 50 is not limited to the above mold as long as it is a mold in which at least a portion in contact with the raw material solution is coated with Teflon (registered trademark). Therefore, the surface of a mold made of aluminum and having a Teflon (registered trademark) coating can be used.

(D) The urethane resin is heated and cured in the heating mold 50 in the mold 50.

(E) Remove the urethane resin from the heating furnace. As shown in FIG. 9, after removing the urethane resin from the mold 50, the metal pin 52 is extracted as shown in FIG.

(F) Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the blade pin 23 is manufactured by inserting the core member 233 into the hollow portion.

Conventionally, since the mold release agent is applied to the inside of the mold 50, the mold release agent may move to the urethane resin surface. However, since this embodiment does not use a release agent, there is no possibility of such a problem.

Further, conventionally, after adding a raw material solution to a mold and inserting a core material into the center of the mold, an adhesive is applied to fix the core material. Therefore, when the rotor is used repeatedly, the adhesive component volatilizes and may be mixed into the pulverized powder. However, since this embodiment does not use an adhesive, there is no possibility of such a problem. Further, since the surface of the urethane resin is conventionally polished, there is a possibility that the abrasive component adheres to the surface of the urethane resin. However, since this embodiment does not perform the polishing process, there is no possibility of such a problem.
