Abstract
【解決手段】同軸管の内部導体8に生じる高周波電圧に応じた高周波電圧信号を検出する高周波検出装置1において、プリント基板2にリング状導体23を設け、これにコンデンサを直列接続した。リング状導体23は、筒状部分23aを貫通させた内部導体8の軸方向とプリント基板2とが略直交するように、プリント基板2に固定されている。内部導体8を貫通させたリング状導体23に生じる電圧に基づいて、高周波電圧信号が出力される。リング状導体23の筒状部分23aの高さ(プリント基板2の厚さ方向の長さ)はプリント基板2の厚さより大きくすることができる。したがって、内部導体8との間に形成されるコンデンサの静電容量は、プリント基板2の厚さによって制限されない。

Claims (12)
- 高周波電力が伝送される電力伝送用導電体に生じる高周波電圧に応じた所定の電圧レベルの信号である高周波電圧信号を検出する高周波検出装置であって、
基板と、
前記電力伝送用導電体を貫通させる部分を有し、前記電力伝送用導体が前記貫通させる部分を貫通するように配置されたときに、前記電力伝送用導体の軸方向と前記基板とが略直交するように前記基板に固定することによって、前記電力伝送用導電体と対向する箇所がコンデンサの電極として機能する貫通導体と、
前記貫通導体に接続された配線と、
を備えたことを特徴とする高周波検出装置。 - 前記貫通導体に接続された配線を介して前記貫通導体に直列接続された分圧用の素子を有し、前記電力伝送用導電体に生じる高周波電圧を分圧することで所定の電圧レベルまで減衰させた前記高周波電圧信号を出力する電圧用変換手段をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記分圧用の素子はコンデンサ又は抵抗によって構成されている、請求項2に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記貫通導体はリング形状の導体である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記基板を貫通する貫通穴が設けられ、前記貫通導体は前記貫通穴に挿入して固定されている、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記貫通導体の周囲に沿って前記基板上に形成されたコイル状の配線と、
前記電力伝送用導電体が前記貫通導体を貫通するように配置されたときに、前記電力伝送用導電体を流れる高周波電流に応じて前記コイル状の配線に流れる電流に基づいて、所定の電圧レベルの信号である高周波電流信号を出力する電流用変換手段と、
をさらに備えている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の高周波検出装置。 - 前記コイル状の配線と前記貫通導体との間の前記基板上に、前記電力伝送用導電体を流れる電流によって発生する磁束を前記コイル状の配線に作用させつつ、前記電力伝送用導電体に生じる電界が前記コイル状の配線に与える影響を低減するために設けられた遮蔽部をさらに備えている、請求項6に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記電力伝送用導電体は、内部導体と外部導体とを有する同軸管の前記内部導体であって、
前記基板は前記外部導体の内側に固定されている、
請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の高周波検出装置。 - 前記基板の形状は円形状である、請求項8に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記電力伝送用導電体を伝送される高周波電力によって発生する電磁波から、前記基板上の配線または前記基板に搭載された回路を保護するための保護手段をさらに備えている、請求項8または9に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 前記保護手段は、前記電力伝送用導電体の軸方向に前記基板を挟むように設けられた2つの保護基板である、請求項10に記載の高周波検出装置。
- 請求項8ないし11のいずれかに記載の高周波検出装置と、前記内部導体と外部導体とを備えている同軸管。
