Description
本発明によれば、この課題は、請求項1,9および10の特徴部分に記載されている構成によって解決される。有利な実施形態は従属請求項に記載されている。
Claims (11)
- スタータモータ(2)と、噛み合わせ装置と、自動車における内燃機関(7)のリングギヤ(6)に噛み合わされるスタータピニオン(3)とを備えた始動装置(1)の制御方法であって、
前記スタータピニオン(3)を噛み合わせるために、殊にスタート・ストップ運転ストラテジに関して、制御部によって前記噛み合わせ装置を駆動制御する、制御方法において、
前記スタータピニオン(3)を噛み合わせるための前記噛み合わせ装置の少なくとも1つの噛み合わせ値を検出装置(20)によって検出し、基準値として前記制御部において記憶および評価する、ことを特徴とする、制御方法。 - 前記噛み合わせ装置の前記噛み合わせ値を測定し、前記噛み合わせ装置において、前記スタータピニオン(3)は前記リングギヤ(6)へ噛み合わせる際に歯と歯が突き当たる位置を形成する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スタータピニオン(3)を噛み合わせるための期間として、前記噛み合わせ値を測定する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記スタータピニオン(3)の移動距離として、前記噛み合わせ値を測定する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記噛み合わせ装置はスタータリレー(4)として構成されており、該スタータリレー(4)の給電可能なコイルによって前記スタータピニオン(3)を噛み合わせ、前記スタータリレー(4)におけるアンカー(24)の移動による影響を受ける前記スタータリレー(4)の電流を検出および評価する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記噛み合わせ装置は別個に給電可能な2つのコイルを有するように構成されており、少なくとも1つの第1のコイルは噛み合わせコイル(10)として構成されており、噛み合わせの際に検出装置(20)が、給電の行われない第2のコイルにおける誘導電圧(U11)を測定する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記期間を車両の運転を開始する前に測定する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記期間を制御部によって所定のサイクルで測定し、基準値として更新する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムが制御部において実施される場合に、請求項1から4までの少なくとも1項記載の方法の全てのステップを実施するためにプログラム命令と共にプログラムメモリ(17)にロードされるコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 車両における内燃機関(7)を始動させるためのスタータモータ(2)とスタータリレー(4)とスタータピニオン(3)とを備えた始動装置(1)のための制御部であって、
該制御部はマイクロコンピュータを有するように構成されており、該マイクロコンピュータ(15)を用いてスタート・ストップ運転ストラテジが実施される、制御部において、
前記制御部はプログラムメモリ(17)および検出装置(20)を有し、該検出装置(20)を用いて、噛み合わせを行うコイルへの給電時の前記スタータリレー(4)における特徴的な電流値が測定され、該電流値が測定された噛み合わせ値として評価され、処理のためにプログラムメモリ(17)に記憶されることを特徴とする、制御部。 - 前記制御部はプログラムメモリ(17)を有し、該プログラムメモリ(17)には例えば請求項8記載のコンピュータプログラム製品がロードされ、有利には請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法が実施される、プログラムメモリ(17)を備えた請求項10記載の制御部。
