Abstract
Description

(4) 前記アクチュエータは複合材料を含んでおり、前記複合材料は磁歪的に不活性な母材と前記磁歪合金とを含んでおり、前記磁歪合金は前記母材中に分散される、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(5) 前記磁歪合金は第1の導電率を有し、前記母材は前記第1の導電率より低い第2の導電率を有する、実施態様4に記載の装置。

(7) 前記アクチュエータは第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記アクチュエータの前記第1の端部に取り付けられた第1の端部のかたまりと、前記アクチュエータの前記第2の端部に取り付けられた第2の端部のかたまりと、を含み、前記第1の端部のかたまりは前記手先効果器を装着して受け入れるように適合される、実施態様6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
(8) 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上で整合して少なくとも前記アクチュエータを取り囲み、かつ前記磁歪合金の歪みと磁場の関係のグラフ上の所望の動作点を得るためにバイアス磁場を作るように適合された1つ又は2つ以上の永久磁石を含む、実施態様7に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
(9) 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上で整合して少なくとも前記第1のコイルを取り囲み、かつ前記バイアス磁場を調節するように適合された第2のコイルを含む、実施態様8に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
(10) 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、共に前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとを長手方向に結合する第1の永久磁石と第2の永久磁石とを含む、実施態様9に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
(12) 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、第1の磁場コレクタと第2の磁場コレクタとを含み、前記第1の磁場コレクタと前記第2の磁場コレクタとは共に少なくとも前記第1のコイルを長手方向に結合する、実施態様11に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
(13) 前記第1のコイルは、前記アクチュエータから横方向に離間しており、前記ハンドピースは、ハンドピースの筐体と液体通路とを更に含み、前記ハンドピースの筐体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して前記第1のコイルを取り囲んでいる、実施態様6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。

(22) 第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体と、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体に取り付け可能な超音波駆動の第2の医療用手先効果器と、を更に含み、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体は、第2の中央の長手方向軸線と、前記第2の長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して第2の磁歪合金を含む第2の細長い磁歪アクチュエータと、を含み、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体の少なくとも一部は、ツールを使うことなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体を損傷することなく、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を損傷することなく、かつ前記第2の医療用手先効果器を損傷することなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体内に装着して挿入可能かつ前記ハンドピースの筐体から手で取り外すことができ、前記第2の医療用手先効果器は前記第1の医療用手先効果器とは異なり、前記第2の磁歪合金は、鉄とガリウムとを含む合金、鉄とアルミニウムとを含む合金、鉄とガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、及びコバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとガリウムとを含む合金、からなる群から選ばれた、実施態様21に記載の医療用超音波システム。
(23) 前記第2の医療用手先効果器は、前記第2の医療用手先効果器を損傷することなく、かつ前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を損傷することなく、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体に装着可能かつ取り外し可能であり、前記第1の医療用手先効果器は、前記第1の医療用手先効果器を損傷することなく、かつ前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を損傷することなく、前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体に装着可能かつ取り外し可能である、実施態様22に記載の医療用超音波システム。
Claims (23)
- 医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体の磁歪アクチュエータを含む装置であって、前記アクチュエータは、鉄とガリウムとを含む合金、鉄とアルミニウムとを含む合金、鉄とガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、及びコバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとガリウムとを含む合金、からなる群から選ばれた磁歪合金を含む、装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、それぞれ前記磁歪合金を含む複数の積層を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれの積層の磁歪合金は、それぞれの近隣する積層の磁歪合金から電気的に絶縁される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは複合材料を含んでおり、前記複合材料は磁歪的に不活性な母材と前記磁歪合金とを含んでおり、前記磁歪合金は前記母材中に分散される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記磁歪合金は第1の導電率を有し、前記母材は前記第1の導電率より低い第2の導電率を有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 超音波駆動の医療用手先効果器を装着して受け入れるように適合された医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を含む医療用超音波ハンドピースであって、前記トランスデューサ組立体は、中央の長手方向軸線と、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して磁歪合金を含む細長い磁歪アクチュエータと、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して前記アクチュエータを取り囲み、前記アクチュエータを実質的に所望の医療用共鳴周波数かつ実質的に所望の医療用振幅に励振するように適合された第1のコイルと、を含み、前記磁歪合金は、鉄とガリウムとを含む合金、鉄とアルミニウムとを含む合金、鉄とガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、及びコバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとガリウムとを含む合金、からなる群から選ばれた、医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記アクチュエータは第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し、前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記アクチュエータの前記第1の端部に取り付けられた第1の端部のかたまりと、前記アクチュエータの前記第2の端部に取り付けられた第2の端部のかたまりと、を含み、前記第1の端部のかたまりは前記手先効果器を装着して受け入れるように適合される、請求項6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上で整合して少なくとも前記アクチュエータを取り囲み、かつ前記磁歪合金の歪みと磁場の関係のグラフ上の所望の動作点を得るためにバイアス磁場を作るように適合された1つ又は2つ以上の永久磁石を含む、請求項7に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上で整合して少なくとも前記第1のコイルを取り囲み、かつ前記バイアス磁場を調節するように適合された第2のコイルを含む、請求項8に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、共に前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルとを長手方向に結合する第1の永久磁石と第2の永久磁石とを含む、請求項9に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、それぞれ前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合する1つ又は2つ以上の磁場コレクタを含む、請求項9に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、第1の磁場コレクタと第2の磁場コレクタとを含み、前記第1の磁場コレクタと前記第2の磁場コレクタとは共に少なくとも前記第1のコイルを長手方向に結合する、請求項11に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記第1のコイルは、前記アクチュエータから横方向に離間しており、前記ハンドピースは、ハンドピースの筐体と液体通路とを更に含み、前記ハンドピースの筐体は、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して前記第1のコイルを取り囲んでいる、請求項6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記液体通路は、前記アクチュエータと前記第1のコイルとの間に配置された部分を含む、請求項13に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記液体通路は、前記ハンドピースの筐体内にあり、前記ハンドピースの筐体の外側表面と前記トランスデューサ組立体との間に配置された部分を含む、請求項13に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記液体通路は、潅注通路及び吸引通路の少なくとも1つであり、前記手先効果器が前記トランスデューサ組立体によって装着して受け入れられた時に前記手先効果器と流体連通する、請求項13に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記液体通路は、冷却液再循環通路であり、前記手先効果器が前記トランスデューサ組立体によって装着して受け入れられた時に前記手先効果器と流体連通する、請求項13に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記トランスデューサ組立体は、共鳴体の端部のかたまりと検出コイルとを含み、前記共鳴体の端部のかたまりは、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して前記磁歪アクチュエータの一端部に音響的に接続されて磁歪特性を有し、前記検出コイルは、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して前記共鳴体の端部のかたまりを取り囲み、前記所望の医療用共鳴周波数と前記所望の医療用振幅とを実質的に保持するために前記アクチュエータを制御するようにアクチュエータの振動周波数とアクチュエータの振幅とに関するフィードバックを供給するように適合される、請求項6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- 前記アクチュエータは機械的圧縮によらない、請求項6に記載の医療用超音波ハンドピース。
- ハンドピースの筐体と、第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体と、前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体に取り付け可能な超音波駆動の第1の医療用手先効果器と、を含む医療用超音波システムであって、前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体は、第1の中央の長手方向軸線と、前記長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して第1の磁歪合金を含む第1の細長い磁歪アクチュエータとを含み、前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体の少なくとも一部は、ツールを使うことなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体を損傷することなく、かつ前記第1の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を損傷することなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体内に装着して挿入可能であり、前記第1の磁歪合金は、鉄とガリウムとを含む合金、鉄とアルミニウムとを含む合金、鉄とガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、及びコバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとガリウムとを含む合金、からなる群から選ばれた、医療用超音波システム。

- 第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体と、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体に取り付け可能な超音波駆動の第2の医療用手先効果器と、を更に含み、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体は、第2の中央の長手方向軸線と、前記第2の長手方向軸線と実質的に同軸上に整合して第2の磁歪合金を含む第2の細長い磁歪アクチュエータと、を含み、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体の少なくとも一部は、ツールを使うことなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体を損傷することなく、前記第2の医療用超音波トランスデューサ組立体を損傷することなく、かつ前記第2の医療用手先効果器を損傷することなく、前記ハンドピースの筐体内に装着して挿入可能かつ前記ハンドピースの筐体から手で取り外すことができ、前記第2の医療用手先効果器は前記第1の医療用手先効果器とは異なり、前記第2の磁歪合金は、鉄とガリウムとを含む合金、鉄とアルミニウムとを含む合金、鉄とガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとを含む合金、コバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとを含む合金、コバルトとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、ニッケルとマンガンとガリウムとアルミニウムとを含む合金、及びコバルトとニッケルとマンガンとアルミニウムとガリウムとを含む合金、からなる群から選ばれた、請求項21に記載の医療用超音波システム。
