Abstract
Description
a)少なくとも一つの親水性の中間ブロック;および
b)疎水性の末端ブロック;
ここで、前記マルチブロックコポリマーが水不溶性であり、ここで、少なくとも一つのブロックがプロファイルドブロックであり、ここで、前記親水性ブロックが部分的または全面的に中和されており、そしてここで、前記コポリマーが、飽和溶液に暴露させた最初の30分間のあいだに、その最大吸収容量の5重量パーセントを超える吸収をする。
ポリメタクリル酸メチルおよびポリアクリル酸ブチルを含むAブロック(PMMA/BA)と、ポリアクリル酸およびポリアクリル酸ブチルを含むBブロック(PAA/BA)とを含むABAトリブロックコポリマーを調製して、PMMA/BA−b−PAA/BA−PMMA/BAトリブロックコポリマーを得た。親水性の中央ブロックには、ほぼ20重量%のAAを含んでいる。上述のポリマーのフィルムを作るのに、酢酸エチルの中にそのポリマーをまず溶解させ、次いで塩基および/または可塑剤/希釈剤を添加した。その溶液をキャストして、薄いフィルム(厚み約5mm)とし、真空下で乾燥させて残存している溶媒およびモノマーを全部除去した。次いでそのポリマーフィルムを水の中に入れて、時間を変えて再秤量して、吸収量を測定した。事前中和および可塑化の結果を以下の表1に示す。
Claims (17)
- 両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物であって、
c)少なくとも一つの親水性の中間ブロック;および
d)疎水性末端ブロック;
を含む両親媒性コポリマーを含み、
ここで、前記マルチブロックコポリマーが水不溶性であり、ここで、少なくとも一つのブロックがプロファイルドブロックであり、ここで、前記親水性ブロックが部分的または全面的に中和されており、そしてここで、前記コポリマーが、飽和溶液に暴露させた最初の30分間のあいだに、その最大吸収容量の5重量パーセントを超える吸収をする、
両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。 - 前記コポリマーが、飽和溶液に暴露させた最初の30分間のあいだに、その最大吸収容量の10重量パーセントを超える吸収をする、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- 前記コポリマーが、飽和溶液に暴露させた最初の30分間のあいだに、その最大吸収容量の20重量パーセントを超える吸収をする、請求項2に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- 前記末端ブロックが、0〜300℃の範囲のTgを有する、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- 前記末端ブロックが、30〜200℃の範囲のTgを有する、請求項4に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- 5〜50重量パーセントの希釈剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。
- 前記希釈剤が親水性である、請求項6に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。
- 前記希釈剤が、前記一つまたは複数の親水性ブロック、前記複数の疎水性ブロック、またはそれらの組合せのための可塑剤である、請求項6に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。
- 前記中和された親水性ブロックが、アンモニウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム、クロリド、またはホスホニウムの塩を含む、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。
- 前記コポリマーが、制御されたラジカル重合プロセスによって形成される、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物。
- 前記制御されたラジカル重合プロセスが、ニトロキシド媒介重合プロセスである、請求項8に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- ブロックコポリマーがヒドロゲルである、請求項1に記載の両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー。
- 高い水吸着速度を有する両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマー組成物を形成させるための方法であって、
a)少なくとも一つの親水性中間ブロックと、前記コポリマーのそれぞれの末端の上に少なくとも一つの疎水性ブロックと、を含む両親媒性マルチブロックコポリマーを形成させる工程;および
b)塩基を添加することによって、前記両親媒性コポリマーを部分的または全面的に中和させる工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記両親媒性コポリマーが、制御されたラジカル重合プロセスを使用して形成される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基をすべて添加するより前に、希釈剤を混合する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物を加工する工程をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
