Claims (16)

- 前記固定手段が、前記軸受基体の裏側に沿って延在するリブの形態である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- インプラントを骨に固定するためにインプラントが湾曲路に沿って挿入されるように、前記固定手段が湾曲している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 内側及び外側の脛骨プラトーの1つを表面再建するように構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 前記軸受面の少なくとも一部が、前頭面において凹状である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 前記軸受面の少なくとも一部が、矢状面において凸状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 前記軸受面の少なくとも一部が、矢状面において凹状である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 前記軸受基体の前記軸受面及び裏面が共に湾曲し、そのため、前記軸受基体の大部分が実質的に一定の厚さである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。
- 前記固定手段が、骨に対してインプラントを固定するために骨の切り込み面に抗して保持されるように構成された固定面を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の脛骨インプラント。

- 膝蓋骨に取り付けるための膝蓋骨コンポーネントと、大腿骨に取り付けるためであって、前記膝蓋骨コンポーネントに接触するように構成された軸受面を有する滑車コンポーネントとを更に含む、請求項11又は12に記載の膝表面再建インプラントセット。
- 前記滑車コンポーネントの軸受面が、その外側に1つの凸状部分的球状部分を、その内側に凹状部分を含む、請求項13に記載のインプラントセット。
- 前記滑車コンポーネントが実質的に一定の厚さの軸受基体を含み、その前方表面が軸受面を形成する、請求項13又は14に記載のインプラントセット。
