Claims (9)
- 熱伝導材料の単一片から製造される熱交換器であって、流体を案内すると共に該流体と前記熱交換器との間で熱を伝達するためのフィンを備えている、熱交換器において、
前記フィン間に、横断フィン部が設けられており、前記横断フィン部は、前記フィン間の距離よりも短い距離にわたって、前記フィンを実質的に横切る方向に延在しており、かつ前記流体の流れ方向を実質的に横切る方向に延在しており、前記横断フィン部は、前記フィン間に流れる流体を前記フィン間において蛇行経路に追従させるために、互いに隣接するフィンに近接してまたは互いに隣接するフィン上に互い違いに配置されており、前記横方向は、前記フィンと実質的に直交していることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 第2の流体を案内するための第1の導管をさらに備えており、前記導管は、前記熱交換器の前記熱伝導材料の単一片内の引っ込んだ所に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 第3の流体を案内するための第2の導管をさらに備えており、前記導管は、前記熱交換器の前記熱伝導材料の単一片内の引っ込んだ所に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記導管は、第2の熱伝導材料の中空ガイドを含んでおり、前記中空ガイドは、前記熱交換器に実質的にぴったりと嵌合して収められていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記横断フィン部は、2つの互いに隣接するフィン間の距離の半分よりもかなり短い距離にわたって、前記フィン間の空間内に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記横断フィン部は、前記フィン間の空間において、互いに隣接するフィン間の真ん中の位置まで延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 水を加熱するための水加熱装置において、
熱を生じさせるための加熱要素と、
前記加熱要素によって生じた熱を吸収するための請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器内に鋳込まれた前記流体用の前記導管の供給側に接続された供給接続手段であって、水用の供給導管に接続されることが可能になっている、供給接続手段と、
前記熱交換器内に鋳込まれた前記流体用の前記導管の排出側に接続された排出接続手段であって、加熱された水用の排出導管に接続可能になっている、排出接続手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする水加熱装置。 - 水道水およびCH水を加熱するためのコンビボイラーにおいて、請求項7に記載の温水加熱器を備えており、前記温水加熱器は、請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器を備えており、前記第1の導管が前記水道水を案内するために設けられており、前記第2の導管が前記CH水を案内するために設けられていることを特徴とするコンビボイラー。
- 熱交換器を製造するためのプロセスにおいて、
熱交換器を熱伝導材料の単一片から製造するための金型を設けることであって、前記金型は、
流体を案内することを目的として鋳込まれることになる導管の供給部を受け入れるための開口と、
流体を案内することを目的として鋳込まれることになる導管の排出部を受け入れるための開口と、
を少なくとも備えており、
前記金型は、前記熱交換器上にフィンを一体成形するための凹部を備えており、前記フィン用の前記凹部は、前記フィン上にまたは前記フィンに近接して横断フィン部を成形するための凹部を同様に備えており、前記横断フィン部は、前記フィン間の距離よりも短い距離にわたって、前記フィンを実質的に横切る方向に延在するようになっており、かつ成形されることになる前記フィン間を流れることが可能な流体の予想される流れ方向を実質的に横切る方向に延在するようになっており、前記横断フィンは、互いに隣接して成形されることになるフィン間を流れる流体を前記フィン間の蛇行経路に追従させるために、前記成形されることになるフィンに近接してまたは該フィン上に互い違いに配置されるようになっており、前記横方向は、前記フィンと実質的に直交するようになっている、
ことと、
流体を案内するための導管を前記金型内に配置することであって、前記導管の前記供給部が、前記供給部用の前記金型の前記開口に受け入れられ、前記導管の前記排出部が、前記排出部用の前記金型の前記開口に受け入れられる、ことと、
除去可能な実質的に非圧縮性のコアを前記流体用の前記導管内に配置することと、
少なくとも一種の熱伝導材料または前記金型内において熱伝導材料に少なくとも変換可能な材料によって、前記金型を充填することと、
熱伝導材料の単一片から熱交換器を得るために、前記金型の前記充填物を処理することと、
前記熱交換器から前記金型を取り外すことと、
前記流体用の前記導管から前記コアを除去することと、
を含んでいることを特徴とするプロセス。
