前記金型の内部において前記プリフォームを膨張させるために、前記プリフォームの凹み内に少なくとも1種の飲料成分を注入する注入ステップであり、前記金型が前記容器の形状を画定し、該注入ステップ中に導入される飲料成分の量が少なくとも前記所定量に等しい、注入ステップを含み、
前記容器内に残っている飲料成分の量が前記所定量に概ね等しくなるまで、導入された飲料成分の前記量の一部を吸出する吸出ステップを更に含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記注入ステップが、前記プリフォームを延伸ロッドで長手方向に延伸させるサブステップであって、前記延伸ロッドが中空であり、前記吸出ステップが、前記中空延伸ロッドを介して前記飲料成分のうちの幾分かを吸出するサブステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 同じ前記延伸ロッドが、飲料成分を注入するために機能し、且つ、飲料成分の前記量の一部を吸出するために機能することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記中空の延伸ロッドが、該中空の延伸ロッドを介して少なくとも幾分かの飲料成分を注入する前記ステップ中に、液体の乱流を最小限にするために適合された輪郭を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭が内側輪郭を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記輪郭が外側輪郭を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記注入がベル型充填ヘッドによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸ロッドは、その内部容積が、前記飲料成分の量の前記一部が低減するように最適化されるよう設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記飲料成分の量の前記一部が、首部の内部容積まで低減することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記注入ステップが、少なくとも1種の飲料成分を前記延伸ロッドの内側を通して且つ前記延伸ロッドの周囲のオリフィスを通して注入するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記注入ステップが、第1の飲料成分を注入するステップと第2の飲料成分を注入するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の飲料成分の前記注入ステップが、前記延伸ロッドの内側を通しての注入ステップを含み、前記第2の飲料成分の前記注入ステップが、前記延伸ロッドの周囲のオリフィスを通しての注入ステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 金型内に配置された略円筒状の加熱されたプリフォームから形成された熱可塑性容器内に、所定量の飲料成分を供給する装置において、
前記金型内部での前記プリフォームの膨張を促進するように前記プリフォームの凹み内に少なくとも1種の飲料成分を注入する手段であり、前記金型が前記容器の形状を画定し、注入ステップ中に導入される飲料の量が少なくとも前記所定量に等しい手段を備え、
前記容器内に残っている飲料成分の量が前記所定量に概ね等しくなるまで、導入された飲料成分の前記量の一部を吸出する手段を更に具備することを特徴とする装置。
