Claims (10)
- インナーライナと、アウターフィラメント巻回部と、接続部と、を備える貯蔵タンクを製造する方法であって、前記方法が、
パリソンを押出し、前記パリソンを少なくとも一方の先端部でピンチし、次いで、これをブローすることにより前記ライナをブロー成形するステップと、
ピンチ部分が受容される適切な形状およびサイズのスロットを備える接続部を提供するステップと、
前記ライナおよび前記接続部が固定されるよう、前記ピンチ部分を前記スロットに挿入するステップと、
前記アウターフィラメント巻回部を前記ライナおよび前記接続部の周囲に巻きつけるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記方法が、吹込針の周囲に第1の先端部で、および、少なくとも2つの金型割型の間に第2の先端部でパリソンをピンチするステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの金型割型の内部表面が、前記ライナの形状を有する円柱状の筐体が形成されるような、特に、第2の先端部で適切な形状およびサイズのピンチが形成されるような特定の形状を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、筐体が延長部を有する金型の頂部でパリソンを一緒にピンチするステップと、
吹込針を、金型の内部がライナの成形の最中はシールされるよう針の周りをシールする金型の底部において筐体に挿入するステップと、
を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記接続部が管状形状の延長部を備えていると共に、前記方法が、前記筐体の延長部と前記接続部の延長部とを合致させるステップを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接続部のスロットが、第2の先端部のピンチの形状に対応する形状を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ライナに、少なくとも1層の構造層および少なくとも1層のバリア層が設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接着性層が、前記構造層と前記バリア層との間に設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構造層が、ポリエチレン(PE)またはポリアミド(PA)を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記バリア層が、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー(EVOH)を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
