Claims (11)
- 選択的レーザ溶解によって部材(14)を生成するための方法であって、レーザビーム(17)で素材粒子を融解することによって粉末(16)から前記部材(14)が層ごとに製造されるものにおいて、間欠的に供給される反応性ガスを利用して、生成する層領域(32)に反応性ガスを持込むことによって、生成した前記部材(14)上に部材素材とは異なる組成の層領域(32)を局所的に生成する目的のためにも前記選択的レーザ溶解が利用される方法。
- 前記層領域(32)が、前記部材(14)上に密閉表面層(30)を形成するように、1つまたは複数の最終層として前記部材に被着される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記層領域(32)の生成後、これらの層領域上に前記部材(14)の、前記素材からのみ成る他の層が堆積され、前記層領域が中間層(33)を形成する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記層領域(32)が、前記部材(14)上に密閉表面層(30)を形成するように、1つまたは複数の第1層として前記部材(14)に被着される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビーム(17)のビーム方向に対してアンダカット(34)を有する格子状構造体が前記部材(14)として製造され、その際前記層領域(32)はそれぞれ、前記部材(14)の次の生成過程において前記アンダカット(34)の生成が前記レーザビーム(17)にとって前記層領域(32)へのアクセスを妨げるよりも前に製造される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ガスが、融解された前記素材粒子と反応するような組成を有する請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記反応性ガスが、生成すべき前記層領域(32)の材料の前駆体を含有している請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記前駆体の反応にとって必要な温度制御が、前記レーザビーム(17)のエネルギー入力によって制御される請求項7記載の方法。
- 部材(14)製造用の受容板(13)を備えて周囲に対して気密閉鎖された処理空間(12)を有する選択的レーザ溶解用処理室であって、前記処理空間が不活性ガス用または前記処理空間を排気するための入口(22)と出口(23)を有するものにおいて、反応性ガス用の供給管路(26)が付加的に設けられている処理室。
- 前記供給管路(26)のオリフィスが前記入口(22)よりも前記受容板(13)に一層接近している請求項9記載の処理室。
- 前記供給管路(26)の前記オリフィスが、前記受容板(13)と平行な平面において移動可能である請求項9または10のいずれかに記載の処理室。
