Claims (23)
- 噴霧された流体で中空体(49)の内面(51)にコーティングするためのコーティング装置(1)であって、
噴霧流路(11)を包む少なくとも1本の噴霧管(5)を備え、霧化されていない流体を噴霧するため、正圧がかかっているプロペラントガスをこの噴霧管に導くことができ、そしてこの噴霧管が少なくとも1つの流出口(9)を有することと、
吐出口(15)を有する少なくとも1本の中空針(13)を霧化されていない流体のために備え、この中空針が前記噴霧流路(11)と協働し、そして前記噴霧流路とほぼ同軸に配置されていることと、この場合、
前記噴霧管(5)と前記中空針(13)とがベンチュリ配置(19)を形成することと、

- 前記吐出口(15)が前記流出口(9)の領域に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流出口(9)が前記噴霧管(5)のフロント側に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流出口(9)が前記噴霧管(5)の外壁(23)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 少なくとも2つの流出口(9)が設けられていて、これら流出口は前記噴霧管(5)の外壁(23)に設けられており、そして前記噴霧管(5)の円周の上に配分されて、とくにはたがいに直径を挟んで向かい合って、配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流出口(9)が、前記中空体(49)の内面(51)の軸方向長さの少なくとも一部分にそって、変位装置により変位可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記中空体(49)が、コーティング中、1つの保持装置に、とくにはクリップ状の保持装置(45)に保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記中空体(49)が、前記保持装置(45)の中にクリップ式固定可能であり、またはクリップ作用によって前記保持装置の中に保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記中空体(49)が前記保持装置(45)によって旋回可能および/または変位可能な状態で保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記噴霧管(5)が、センタリング装置(47)によって、前記中空体(49)の縦軸(65)を基準として、この中空体の中でセンタリング可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記保持装置(45)によって、前記中空体(49)の縦軸(65)が、前記センタリング装置(47)のセンタリング軸(67)に位置合わせされていること、とくには軸平行に位置合わせされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記変位装置が前記センタリング装置(47)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記センタリング装置(47)が少なくとも1つのセンタリング部材(69)を有し、このセンタリング部材は、ほぼ円錐台形または円錐形の外周を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- センタリング部材(69a、69b、69c)が少なくとも2つ、好ましくは3つ設けられていて、これらセンタリング部材は、前記センタリング装置(47)の円周上に配分されて配置されたセンタリングアームとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記センタリング装置(47)が、前記流出口(9)から流出する噴霧流体の流れのほぼ外側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記噴霧管(5)が、前記中空体(49)の軸方向長さにほぼ相当する長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記プロペラントガスが空気または窒素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記流体がポリマー、とくにはシリコーンオイルであり、またはポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記中空体(49)が注射器またはカルプーレであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
- 前記中空体(49)がガラスからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のコーティング装置。
