Claims (11)
- 藻類からディーゼルを得るためのシステムであって、一次混合設備、クローズド管状バイオリアクター、遠心機、抽出設備、二次抽出設備、第2の遠心設備、貯蔵タンク、触媒反応タンク、一時滞留タンク、第3の遠心機及び濾過を備え、前記抽出設備が、超音波を発生させて藻の壁を破壊する種々のエネルギーエミッターが配置された連続管である、システム。
- 前記二次抽出プロセスが、油を抽出するための圧縮設備を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記二次抽出プロセスが、アルコールによる抽出設備を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記反応設備が、油加熱用設備、油と触媒を混合するための静的ミキサー、超音波を発生させて油成分分子を分解する種々のエネルギーエミッターが配置された連続管路を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼルを得るためのシステム。
- 前記バイオリアクターが、下部セクションにおいて相互接続しダイアフラムポンプにより供給される透明な管状フレームのシステムを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバイオディーゼルを得るためのシステム。
- 管状フレームが下部セクションにおいてジャケットで覆われている、請求項6に記載のディーゼルを得るためのシステム。
- 超音波抽出設備がジャケットで覆われている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のディーゼルを得るためのシステム。
- 藻類からバイオディーゼルを得るための方法であって、藻類が一次混合タンク内にまかれ、藻類の増殖のための栄養素が加えられ、エネルギー流が管状フレームを備えるバイオリアクターを通過し、フレームの下部セクションがジャケットで覆われて不透明であり、前記エネルギー流は、光吸収度及び密度によって決まる稠度が得られるまで、貯蔵タンクに向かって再循環し、エネルギー流が吸収度及び密度の特定の条件に達すると、三方弁を通って遠心機に向けられて余分な水が除去され、続いて一時貯蔵タンクに送られ、そこから、エネルギーが16000W〜20kHzの出力領域で超音波エミッターを通過する連続管路を含む脂質抽出システムに供給されることになり、超音波を当てると藻の内壁及び外壁並びに油嚢が破壊され、圧縮プロセスを用いるその後の抽出が可能となり、得られた油は、遠心機に送られ、その後、バイオディーゼル貯蔵プロセスタンクに送られ、更に油が、加熱器、続いて静的ミキサーに送られ、そこで触媒と混合され、混合物がリアクターに送られ、そこで16000W〜20kHzのエネルギーが加えられて反応速度が加速し、得られた生成物が遠心機、続いて濾過タンク及び生成物貯蔵タンクに送られる、方法。
- 脂質抽出が、アルコールとの混合及びそれに続く蒸発により行われる、請求項8に記載の藻類からバイオディーゼルを得るための方法。
- バイオリアクター内の温度が20〜40℃の範囲に維持される、請求項8に記載の藻類からバイオディーゼルを得るための方法。
- 脂質抽出が、8.2〜8.7の範囲にpHを制御して行われる、請求項8に記載の藻類からバイオディーゼルを得るための方法。
