Abstract
Description

100ml/分の流れの中にある1mmのオリフィスは、約6.4kPaの「過圧」を与えるだろう。
500ml/分の流れの中にある2.5mmのオリフィスは、約4.3kPaの「過圧」を与えるだろう。
500ml/分の流れの中にある2.38mm(3/32インチ)のオリフィスは、約3.6kPaの「過圧」(少し低すぎる)を与えるだろう。
混合は常温又は高温で行うことができる。
Claims (18)
- バレル内にあるスクリューを含む液相リアクタであって、
前記スクリュー及び前記バレルは、相対的に回転可能であり、それらの間に混合ゾーンを規定しており、
前記バレルは、前記バレル中で混合する成分を導入するための少なくとも2つの入口と、混合した生成物を前記バレルから排出するための出口と、を有しており、
前記スクリューは螺旋溝を含み、それにより、前記スクリューと前記バレルの相対的な回転は、前記成分の混合中に前記スクリューと前記バレルとの間で前記成分を軸方向に輸送すること、及び前記出口を通って前記生成物を押し出すことに適しており、
前記リアクタは、前記リアクタの操作中に、前記バレル中への成分の実質的に一定の流量比を達成するのに適していることを特徴とする液相リアクタ。 - 前記液相リアクタは、前記成分の供給中及び前記スクリューの回転中の、前記入口の少なくとも1つにおける前記バレルへの背圧の影響が、最小又は完全に無効にされるように、デザインされ及び/又は操作されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記リアクタの操作中に前記成分の供給を背圧の変動から鈍感にするために、前記バレル中への成分の供給用の前記入口の少なくとも1つは、所定の過圧を与えるようにデザインされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの入口は、流速、成分の濃度及び粘度を含む提案された操作条件下において、圧力降下が前記少なくとも1つの入口の排出口で発生するようにデザインされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記圧力降下は、前記リアクタの操作中に観察されるであろう最大の背圧と等しいか、又は前記最大の背圧より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記液相リアクタは、少なくとも1つの入口を通して導入される成分の一定の供給圧力を維持するために、前記入口の少なくとも1つに結合されたアキュムレーターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記液相リアクタは、前記バレル中への少なくとも1つの成分の一定流量が達成されるように、背圧の変動を回避するためのニードルバルブを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 背圧効果を克服するために、それぞれの成分の流速は変更できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記バレル中へのそれぞれの成分の一定流速を可能な限り維持するために、前記流速は、背圧の関数として変更されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記背圧効果を無効にする所望の結果を達成するために、前記流速を目標レベルに調節するためのマスフローコントローラを用いることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記液相リアクタは、成分の一定流量が達成されるように、背圧の変動を回避するための、前記リアクタの少なくとも1つの入口への成分供給ラインに結合されたフロースルー背圧レギュレータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの入口における背圧は、適切なスクリューデザインと、前記スクリューに対する前記少なくとも1つの入口の位置決めとにより、最小にされる又は回避されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入口に提供される環境は、かけられた前記背圧が定常状態の操作条件下で本質的に一定になるように、前記スクリューと前記バレルが相対的な回転したときに本質的に一定であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの入口は、前記スクリューの全360°回転にわたって、前記スクリューのランド上に成分を供給することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの入口は、円周溝に隣接して位置決めされており、供給成分は、前記少なくとも1つの入口を通してこの円周溝に供給されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 螺旋溝は前記スクリュー上に提供されており、前記螺旋溝は、前記円周溝からの成分を、その2つの間に延在する供給溝によって受容することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の液相リアクタ。
- 請求項1に記載の液相リアクタを用いて成分を混合又は均一化するための方法であって、
前記成分をそれぞれの入口を通って前記バレル中に導入する工程と、
前記スクリューと前記バレルとを相対的に回転させて、前記スクリューと前記バレルの間で前記成分を軸方向に輸送中に混合及び/又は均一化を達成する工程と、
前記出口を通って前記生成物を排出する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法の実施によって成分を混合及び/又は均一化することで形成された生成物。
