Claims (22)
- データセンタラックにおける電源の位相の利用可能な電力容量を決定するための方法であって、
電源の位相ごとに消費電力を計測するステップと、
電源の位相ごとに平均消費電力を計算するステップと、
電源に接続されたデータセンタ機器に対応する平均消費電力および予想消費電力のデータに基づいて電源の位相ごとに利用可能な電力容量を計算するステップと含む、方法。 - 平均消費電力が平均ピーク消費電力である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電源が電力分配ユニットである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電源が無停電電源装置である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電源が多相電源である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電源の位相の電力容量を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 位相ごとに利用可能な電力容量を計算するステップは、電源に接続されたデータセンタ機器に対応する平均ピーク消費電力および予想消費電力のデータに基づいた電源の位相ごとの利用可能な電力容量に基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法。

データセンタラックにおける電源の位相の利用可能な電力容量を決定するステップと、
コンピュータシステムのユーザに、データセンタ部屋のレイアウトの対話的表現を示すステップと、
データ部屋に配置されるべきデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素についての識別情報をユーザから受取るステップと、
位相の利用可能な電力容量の決定に基づいてデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素についての最適位置をユーザに示すステップとを含む、方法。 - 利用可能な電力容量を決定するステップは、
電源の位相ごとに消費電力を計測するステップと、
電源の位相ごとに平均消費電力を計算するステップと、
電源に接続されたデータセンタ機器に対応する平均消費電力および予想消費電力のデータに基づいて電源の位相ごとに利用可能な電力容量を決定するステップとを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 平均消費電力が平均ピーク消費電力である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの要素についての識別情報が消費電力、銘板情報、インフラストラクチャ冗長性またはタグ付き情報を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- データセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素の最適位置が、少なくとも1つの他の利用可能なデータセンタリソースにさらに基づいている、請求項12に記載の方法。

位相の利用可能な電力容量の決定に基づいてデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素についての最適位置をユーザに対して示させる命令を含む、コンピュータ読取可能媒体。 - データセンタ機器を管理するためのシステムであって、
データセンタ機器に対応する消費電力データを記憶するためのメモリと、
電源の位相ごとに消費電力を測定するための電力計と、
データセンタ部屋のレイアウトの対話的表現を示し、かつデータ部屋に配置されるべきデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素についての識別情報を受取るよう構成されたユーザインターフェイスと、
メモリに接続されたプロセッサとを含み、前記プロセッサは、電源の位相ごとに平均ピーク消費電力を計算し、電源に接続されるデータセンタ機器に対応する平均ピーク消費電力および予想消費電力のデータに基づいて電源の位相ごとに利用可能な電力容量を計算し、位相の利用可能な電力容量に基づいてデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素の最適位置を計算するよう構成されており、
前記ユーザインターフェイスはさらに、位相の利用可能な電力容量に基づいてデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素の最適位置を示すよう構成される、システム。 - ユーザインターフェイスがデータセンタ機器のうち少なくとも1つの要素に配置される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
