Description
本方法は、特に、過塩素酸アンモニウムと硝酸塩とを含む水溶液の浄化に特に適している。
−80%を超える過塩素酸イオンの還元に27日間
産業設備におけるサイクルの場合。
硝酸塩/亜硝酸イオン存在下での過塩素酸イオンの処理時間は、硝酸塩/亜硝酸イオンの量が限られている場合、すなわち処理対象の溶液に含まれるアンモニウムイオンの酸化によってのみ発生する程度のものであれば、許容範囲である。しかし、処理する溶液が硝酸塩/亜硝酸イオンを含む場合(反応開始時に過塩素酸アンモニウムに加えて付加的に含まれている場合)、処理時間は許容できない長さになる。
硝化/脱硝機能が切り替え可能な単一の反応装置(R3)において、好気条件下、次いで嫌気条件下で、硝化反応、次に脱硝反応。
過塩素酸イオンを、好ましくは段階的に量を増加させて前記反応装置に連続的に投入するステップ。
汚泥サンプルは脱硝および過塩素酸イオン還元機能を有する反応装置から取り出され、嫌気条件下で、炭素含有素地からメタノールの供給を受ける。前記反応装置では、過塩素酸アンモニウムを含む廃棄水溶液処理用の産業設備内で、特許出願FR2788055が開示する方法を10年にわたって適用した。最初の汚泥は、フランスのボルドー市のルイファルグ通り北にある下水処理施設から得た。
本例は、過塩素酸アンモニウムと硝酸塩との両方を含む水溶液の処理に関する。この方法は、反応1(アンモニウムの硝化)、反応2(脱硝)、反応3(過塩素酸の還元)という連続したステップによって行われる。
Claims (13)
- 過塩素酸アンモニウムと場合によって硝酸イオンとを含む水溶液の生物学的浄化方法であって、
それぞれ、好気条件において硝化バクテリアを用いて炭素含有無機素地と栄養素との存在下で行われるものと、嫌気条件において脱硝バクテリアを用いて炭素含有有機素地と栄養素との存在下で行われるものとである、硝化/脱硝処理ステップと、
上記硝化/脱硝処理ステップとは別で行われる、嫌気条件で、過塩素酸イオン還元バクテリアを炭素含有有機素地と栄養素との存在下で行われる、過塩素酸還元ステップとを有し、
前記過塩素酸還元ステップは、前記水溶液が硝酸イオンを含んでいる場合、硝化/脱硝処理ステップとは別に、その下流において行われることを特徴とする、生物学的浄化方法。 - 前記過塩素酸イオン還元バクテリアは、エキシグオバクテリウム・メキシカナム、セレウス菌および/またはスタフィロコッカス・ワーネリおよび/またはスタフィロコッカス・パステウリに属することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硝化バクテリア、前記脱硝バクテリア、前記過塩素酸還元バクテリアは、培養株由来であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記硝化バクテリア、前記脱硝バクテリア、前記過塩素酸還元バクテリアは活性汚泥中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記活性汚泥が、都市下水路または堆積泥から得られることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記過塩素酸還元バクテリアが、脱硝機能を有する反応装置または脱硝と過塩素酸イオン還元の両機能を合わせ持つ反応装置から得られた活性汚泥内に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、4、5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記過塩素酸還元バクテリアが、過塩素酸還元用に特殊化された活性汚泥内に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、4、6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 過塩素酸還元用に特殊化された前記活性汚泥が、
空の反応装置に、嫌気条件で、都市下水路または堆積泥から得られた活性汚泥と、脱硝機能を有する反応装置または脱硝と過塩素酸イオン還元の両機能を合わせ持つ反応装置から得られた活性汚泥と、さらに炭素含有有機素地および栄養素とを導入するステップと、
過塩素酸イオンを、好ましくは段階的に量を増加させて連続的に投入するステップとを有する方法によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 過塩素酸の還元が、酢酸や、カルボン酸カリウム塩、カルボン酸ナトリウム、植物脂肪酸などの石けん、あるいはこれらの混合物から選ばれる炭素含有有機素地の存在下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記ステップの少なくとも一つの終了時に、前記排液を濾過して、沈殿物が除去された排液と、少なくとも一部は再利用されるバクテリアの豊富な濃縮液とを得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、最大100g/lの過塩素酸アンモニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、100g/l未満の硝酸塩を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11に記載の方法。
- 直列に接続された、硝化反応装置と、脱硝反応装置と、過塩素酸還元反応装置との3つの反応装置で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
