Claims (14)
- 手術に付随する筋痙直及び／又は振戦に苦しむ哺乳動物の治療のための医薬組成物であって、前記医薬組成物は、皮下の標的組織部位に投与して該標的組織部位又はその近傍の筋肉を弛緩させるための治療上有効量のクロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩を含む、医薬組成物。
- 前記クロニジンが標的組織部位に薬物デポーとして局所投与される、請求項１に記載の医薬組成物。
- 薬物デポーが、一定期間にわたってクロニジンを放出するリボン様ファイバーである、請求項１または２に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記治療上有効量及び前記放出が、前記筋肉を７〜１０日間弛緩させるのに十分である、請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記投与が、ボーラス用量のクロニジンを標的組織部位に導入することを含む、請求項１〜４のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 術後の筋痙直及び／又は振戦の治療に有用な組成物であって、術後の手術部位への投与が可能な、有効量のクロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩を含む組成物。
- 有効量のクロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩を埋込み可能な薬物デポー中に含む徐放性組成物であって、前記クロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩は、術後筋痙直及び／又は振戦を５〜１２日間軽減する量で存在し、前記埋込み可能な薬物デポーは、前記期間にわたってクロニジンの持続放出を促進する徐放性組成物。
- 前記期間が７〜１０日間である、請求項７に記載の徐放性組成物。
- 有効量のクロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩を薬物デポー中に含む即時放出組成物であって、前記クロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩は、術後筋痙直及び／又は振戦を軽減する量で存在し、前記薬物デポーは、クロニジンの即時放出を促進する量で存在する即時放出組成物。
- 手術に付随する筋痙直に苦しむ哺乳動物の治療のための医薬組成物であって、前記医薬組成物は、皮下の標的組織部位に投与して該標的組織部位又はその近傍の筋肉を弛緩させるための治療上有効量のクロニジン又はその製薬学的に許容しうる塩を含み、前記治療上有効量は痙直の発症を防止する、医薬組成物。
- 前記クロニジンが標的組織部位に薬物デポーとして局所投与される、請求項１０に記載の医薬組成物。
- 薬物デポーが、一定期間にわたってクロニジンを放出するリボン様ファイバーである、請求項１０または１１に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記治療上有効量が、前記筋肉を７〜１０日間弛緩させるのに十分である、請求項１０〜１２のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記投与が、クロニジンの即時放出を提供するためにボーラス用量のクロニジンを標的組織部位に導入することを含む、請求項１０〜１３のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
