図2は、2つのクランプ部2によって形成された図1の実施形態の双極型クランプ1を等角の詳細説明図において示している。明瞭に図示されたように、クランプ部表面12の外側に基本的に直交状に突出しているのは電極6であり、これらは、細いピン電極として円筒状に設計されて、互いに特定の間隔14を置いて配置されている。本実施形態では、これらの電極6は、クランプ部2に沿って2〜3列置きに配置されている。他の電極配置を選択することができることは当然である。

Claims (17)
- 開放位置と把持領域(4)を画定する凝固位置との間で互いに対して動くことができる少なくとも2つの双極型クランプ部(2)を有し、前記把持領域(4)の中に、前記クランプ部(2)によって把持された組織を凝固させるための電極(6)を有し、前記クランプ部(2)は、薄い電気絶縁層(8)によって取り囲まれた導電性コア(3)を基本的に全体として備え、前記電極(6)は、前記コア(3)の上にピン電極として配置され、かつ、前記薄い電気絶縁層(8)を介して前記把持領域(4)の中へ突出している、ことを特徴とするHF外科手術、とりわけ組織を凝固させるための外科手術用の双極型クランプ。
- 前記コア(3)の熱容量に対するすべての電極(6)の熱容量の比が、凝固の間における前記クランプ部(2)の加熱を基本的に防止するように、小さく設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)の全体積が前記コア(3)の全体積よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)の全表面積が前記のクランプ部(2)の全表面積よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、前記凝固位置において把持された組織の中への前記電極の貫入が実質的に防止されるように、その自由端(10)に平坦状形態を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、好ましくは円筒状形態を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、少なくとも1つのコア(3)と一体に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、少なくとも1つのコア(3)の上における補完的電極差し込み口(5)の中に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、前記コア(3)の上において、前記把持領域(4)に対向する前記クランプ部(2)のクランプ部表面(12)に対して直交状に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、前記コア(2)の上において、前記凝固位置において、一方のクランプ部(2´)の電極(6´´)が他方のクランプ部(2)の電極(6,6´)によって形成された中間空間(14)の中へ少なくとも部分的に嵌まり込むように、それぞれの場合に前記中間空間(14)を離れて、互いに間隔を置いて、かつ、偏って配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、前記凝固位置において把持された組織(3)で、凝固区域(18)を作り出す電流が、中間空間(14)を形成する一方のクランプ部(2)の電極(6,6´)とこの中間空間の中へ嵌め込まれた他方のクランプ部(2´)の電極(6´´)との間に流れるように配置され構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項、とりわけ請求項10に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記電極(6)は、凝固の間に凝固対(16)を形成するそれぞれの電極(6)どうしの間に形成された凝固区域(18)どうしが少なくとも部分的に重なるように、互いに間隔を置いて配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項、とりわけ請求項10または11に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 複数の中間空間(14)が、基本的に同一状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項、とりわけ請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 前記薄い電気絶縁層(8)は、前記クランプ部表面(2)の上における絶縁板(7)として、また、前記コア表面(11)の残り部分の上における絶縁コーティング(9)として構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 間接状接続部(22)を介して互いに接続されたアーム(20)であって、これらのアーム(20)の遠位に配置され、前記クランプ部(2)を開放しかつ閉鎖するための近位作用装置(24)を有するアーム(20)を備え、前記電極(6)は、前記クランプ部(2)の開放および閉鎖の間に前記電極が動く円形軌道に従って、前記間接状接続部(22)の周りにそれぞれが枢動する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 少なくとも1つのコア(3)から突出する前記電極(6)長さが前記間接状接続部(22)からの距離に比例して増大する、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の双極型クランプ。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの双極型クランプ(1)と、間接状接続部(22)を介して互いに接続された少なくとも2つのアーム(20)であって、これらのアーム(20)の遠位に配置された前記クランプ部(2)を開放しかつ閉鎖するための近位作用装置(24)を有するアーム(20)とを有している、HF外科手術用の外科手術器具。
