Abstract
【解決手段】複合材料を互いに横方向に隣接するように(サイド・バイ・サイド)配置することによって、複合材料の製品シートが製造される。複合材料(36a、36b)は、熱可塑性マトリックス材料の中に繊維を有する。隣接する複合材料は、固着されて複合材料の製品シートを供給する。好ましくは、複合材料のクロス層(60)が複合材料(36a、36b)の上に配置される。クロス層は、例えば単一方向指向性のシートであり、またクロス層の中の繊維は、例えば複合材料の中の繊維に対して横断するような関係で配置されている。

Claims (20)
- 複合材料のロールを回転自在に支持する少なくとも1以上のロール・サポート・アセンブリを有する第一の巻き解き機構と、
前記第一の巻き解き機構の下流側に位置し、接着面を画定する接着機構と、
前記接着機構の下流側に位置し、前記ロールから搬送されてくる前記複合材料がヒーターを通過する際に熱を加える加熱機構と、
前記加熱機構の下流側に位置し、1以上のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリを有する仕上げ処理機構と
を備える
複合ラミネートを製造するための装置。 - 前記少なくとも1以上のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリは、サポート・フレームに回転自在に設置される2つのローラーを有し、前記2つのローラーは運転中に隙間を通して搬送される前記複合材料に圧力が加えられるように前記隙間を画定する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方が加熱される
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方が冷却される
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記2つローラーの少なくとも一方は、隔離位置と近接位置との間で、前記2つのローラーの他方に対して移動が可能であり、
前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方を、前記隔離位置と近接位置との間で、コントローラーから与えられる命令に従って、前記2つのローラーの他方に対して移動させる機構を備える
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1以上のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリは、コントローラーから与えられる命令に従って、前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方を回転させる第1のドライブ機構を有する
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方に隣接する位置に配置される1以上のロール・カバーと、
前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方に熱を加える前記1以上のロール・カバーに結合されたロール・ヒーターと
を備える
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記ロール・ヒーターは、前記ロール・カバーに結合される1以上の加熱要素を有し、
コントローラーから与えられる命令に従って、前記1以上のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリの運転中に、前記1以上のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリの前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方に熱を加えられる
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記2つのローラーの少なくとも一方は、熱移動のための流体が内部を通過するための入口を伴った流路と、前記流路に前記熱移動のための流体を供給するための回転機構とを有する
請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記ヒーターは、
複合ラミネートのウェブを受け入れ可能なように調整された入口と、
前記複合ラミネートのウェブを前記ヒーターから排出可能なように調整された出口と、
開いた位置と閉じた位置との間で移動可能なカバーと、
前記複合ラミネートのウェブが前記入口と前記出口との間を移動する間に前記複合ラミネートのウェブに熱を加えるための熱源と
を有する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ヒーターは、赤外線放射を行う
請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記熱源は、前記カバーに結合されておりコントローラーから与えられる命令に従って制御される、複数の電気的な加熱を行う要素を有する
請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記熱源は、前記複合ラミネートのウェブの面上に直接吹きつけられる、加熱された空気である
請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記接着機構と前記ヒーターとの間に配置される第二の巻き解き機構を備え、
前記第二の巻き解き機構は、前記複合材料のロールを回転自在に支持する1以上のロール・サポート・アセンブリを有する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 複数の前記カレンダー・ロール・アセンブリを備え、
前記複数のカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリの各々は、サポート・フレームに対して回転自在に設置される2つのローラーを有し、前記2つのローラーは運転中に隙間を通して搬送される前記複合材料に圧力が加えられるように前記隙間を画定する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 1以上の加熱された前記カレンダー・ロール・アセンブリを備える
請求項15に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも1以上の冷却用の前記カレンダー・ロール・アセンブリを備える
請求項16に記載の装置。 - 前記第一の巻き解き機構は、巻きを解くためのフレームを有し、
前記巻きを解くためのフレームに設置された複数のサポート・ロール・アセンブリを備え、
前記複数のサポート・ロール・アセンブリは、運転中に前記サポート・ロール・アセンブリに設置された前記複合材料のロールから引き出された前記複合材料が前記複合材料の幅より広い幅のシートを形成するように、当該シートの一方の端から他方の端までの範囲内に配置されるように、互いに相対的な位置に配置される
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 所定の長さの複数の複合材料を互いに隣接するように配置するステップと、
前記所定の長さの複数の複合材料を接着するステップと、
前記所定の長さの複数の複合材料に加熱するステップと、
前記加熱された所定の長さの複数の複合材料をカレンダー・ロール・アセンブリの中に通して複合ラミネートを生産するステップと、
前記複合ラミネートを収集するステップと
を備える
複合ラミネートを製造する方法。 - 前記所定の長さの複数の複合材料を接着するステップは、前記所定の長さの複数の複合材料にクロス層を重合する処理を含む
