Abstract
Description
a)60ないし97重量%の凝集イソマルト、
b)1ないし25重量%の架橋ポリビニルピロリドン(PVPとも言う)、
c)0.1ないし15重量%の、好ましくは1ないし15重量%の滑沢剤、特にステアリン酸マグネシウム(Mg−ステアレート)、
d)1ないし15重量%の水不溶性でフィルム形成性のポリマー、
e)0ないし15重量%の水溶性ポリマー、および
f)0ないし15重量%のさらなる薬学的助剤
を含み、成分a)ないしf)の合計が、(全混合物の乾燥分を基準として)100重量%である混合物を提供することによって、解決する。
イソマルトST(標準、1,1−GPMおよび1,6−GPSのほぼ等モル混合物)を、分級ミルの中で、d90=50μmまで乾式で擦り潰した。同様に、イソマルトGS(組成 約76%の1,6−GPSおよび24%の1,1−GPM)を処理した。
例2ないし7は、水溶性ポリマーに対する水不溶性ポリマーとしてのポリ酢酸ビニルの崩壊促進効果を示す。

Claims (25)
- a)60〜97重量%の凝集イソマルト、
b)1〜25重量%の架橋ポリビニルピロリドン、
c)0.1〜15重量%の滑沢剤、
d)1〜15重量%の水不溶性でフィルム形成性のポリマー、
e)0〜15重量%の水溶性ポリマー、および
f)0〜15重量%の薬学的助剤
を含み、成分a)ないしf)の合計が100重量%であるイソマルト含有混合物。 - 前記凝集イソマルトは、凝集イソマルトSTまたは凝集イソマルトGSである請求項1に記載の混合物。
- イソマルトSTは、6−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−D−ソルビトール(1,6−GPS)を47〜53重量%の量で、1−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−D−マンニトール(1,1−GPM)を53〜47重量%(それぞれイソマルトの乾燥分基準)の量で含む請求項1または2に記載の混合物。
- イソマルトGSは、6−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−D−ソルビトール(1,6−GPS)を60〜80重量%、好ましくは75重量%の量で、1−O−α−D−グルコピラノシル−D−マンニトール(1,1−GPM)を40〜20重量%、好ましくは25重量%(それぞれイソマルトGSの乾燥分基準)の量で含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記イソマルトの最大粒度が、100μm、好ましくは最大50μm、好ましくは最大40μm、好ましくは最大35μm、特に好ましくは最大30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 50μm以下の平均粒度を有する架橋ポリビニルピロリドンを含む請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 6.5g/gより大きい水和容量を有する架橋ポリビニルピロリドンを含む、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記滑沢剤として、ステアリン酸マグネシスムを、好ましくは、ポリエチレングリコールと共にステアリン酸マグネシスムを用いる請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記水不溶性でフィルム形成性のポリマーとして、ポリ酢酸ビニルを用いる、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記水不溶性でフィルム形成性のポリマーとして、水性分散体の形態のポリ酢酸ビニルを用いる請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記水溶性ポリマーとして、ポリビニルピロリドンを用いる請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記薬学的助剤として、酸性化剤、強力甘味料、香料、フレーバー増強剤、着色剤、増粘剤、界面活性剤または微細な顔料を用いる請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記混合物が、凝集物の形態で存する請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 前記凝集物が、0.063ないし500μmの、好ましくは63ないし300μmの粒度を有する請求項1ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- a)70〜95重量%の凝集イソマルトSTまたはイソマルトGS、
b)2〜15重量%の架橋ポリビニルピロリドン、
c)0.1〜15重量%の滑沢剤、
d)1〜10重量%の水不溶性でフィルム形成性のポリマー、
e)0〜2重量%の水溶性ポリビニルピロリドン、および
f)0〜15重量%の薬学的助剤
を含み、成分a)ないしf)の合計が100重量%である請求項1ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。 - a)85〜95重量%の凝集イソマルトSTまたはイソマルトGS、
b)3〜10重量%の架橋ポリビニルピロリドン、
c)0.1〜5重量%の滑沢剤、
d)1〜10重量%のポリ酢酸ビニル、
e)0〜2重量%の水溶性のポリビニルピロリドン、および
f)0〜15重量%の薬学的助剤
を含み、成分a)ないしf)の合計が100重量%である請求項1ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。 - 前記混合物は、医薬製剤として実施されている、請求項1ないし16のいずれか一項に記載の混合物。
- 請求項1ないし17のいずれか一項に記載の混合物を含む錠剤であって、これらの錠剤は、水性媒質中で、25秒以下の崩壊時間を有する。
- 前記錠剤は、50N以上の破壊強さを有する、請求項18に記載の錠剤。
- 請求項1ないし17のいずれか一項に記載の混合物を、錠剤の全重量に対し20ないし99重量%で含む、請求項18または19に記載の錠剤。

- 凝集イソマルを、前記滑沢剤の存在下で、架橋ポリビニルピロリドンを懸濁状態で追加的に含む水不溶性のポリマーの水性分散体と共に凝集させることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記凝集を、流動床造粒機、混合機または噴霧塔内で行なうことを特徴とする請求項23または24に記載の方法。
