Abstract
Description

I.発明の分野
本発明は一般的には位置センサに関し、より詳細には、誘導位置センサに関する。
自動車では、スロットルペダルは従来、ケーブルによってエンジンスロットルに機械的に接続されていた。しかしながら、現代の車両では、スロットル位置センサがペダルに機械的に接続され、スロットルペダルの位置を示す電気出力信号を生成する。電気出力信号は、運転者によってスロットルペダルが押し下げられると変動する。このようなシステムは時に「フライ・バイ・ワイヤ」システムと呼ばれる。
本発明は、従来公知のスロットル位置センサの上述した不都合を克服するスロットル位置センサを提供する。
まず図1を参照して、本発明に従ったスロットル位置センサ10を概略的に示す。スロットル位置センサ10は、プリント回路基板13上に印刷されたトランスミッタコイル12を含む。トランスミッタコイル12は、センサ10の軸14について実質的に同心円状に少なくとも1つ、好ましくはいくつかの円形ループを含む。
Claims (6)
- 位置センサであって、
電気エネルギ源によって励起されると電磁放射を生成する円形のトランスミッタコイルと、
前記トランスミッタコイルの第1の部分の周りに第1の方向に巻かれる第1のループと、前記トランスミッタコイルにおいて径方向に対向する第2の部分の周りに前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に巻かれる第2のループと、前記トランスミッタコイルの前記第1の部分の内側において前記第2の方向に巻かれる第1の補償コイルと、前記トランスミッタコイルの前記第2の部分の内側において前記第1の方向に巻かれる第2の補償コイルとを有するレシーバコイルとを含み、前記第1のループ、前記第2のループ、前記第1の補償コイル、および前記第2の補償コイルは直列に接続され、前記レシーバコイルは、前記トランスミッタコイルと前記レシーバコイルとの間の誘導結合により前記トランスミッタコイルが励起されると電気出力信号を生成し、前記位置センサはさらに、
前記トランスミッタコイルと前記レシーバコイルとの間の誘導結合を前記結合要素の位置の関数として変動させ、これにより前記トランスミッタコイルによって励起される際の前記レシーバコイルからの当該電気出力信号を変動させる移動可能な結合要素を含む、位置センサ。 - 前記トランスミッタコイルはプリント回路基板上に形成される、請求項1に記載の発明。

- 前記結合要素は金属製であり、前記トランスミッタコイルに対して回転可能である、請求項1に記載の発明。

- 前記トランスミッタコイルは、同心である複数の円形ループを含む、請求項1に記載の発明。
