Claims (4)
- 弁座(2)内で弁フラップ(1)を操作するためのアクチュエータにおいて、ピニオン(3a)を備える電動モータ(3)が配置されており、該ピニオン(3a)が、端面歯列(4a)を備える歯車(4)の歯列に直接噛み合っており、該歯車(4)が、前記弁フラップ(1)が配置されている駆動軸(5)に直接、固定に結合されていることを特徴とする、弁座内で弁フラップを操作するためのアクチュエータ。
- 前記歯車(4)の前記端面歯列(4a)が、該歯車(4)の平面図で見て、螺線状に外側から内側へと延びるように配置されている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記弁フラップ(1)の閉鎖された位置に対応する、前記駆動軸(5)の長手方向軸線と前記端面歯列(4a)の最も外側のフランク(F1)のフランク中央との間の第1の間隔(R1)と、前記弁フラップ(1)の開放された位置に対応する、前記駆動軸(5)の長手方向軸線と前記端面歯列(4a)の最も内側のフランク(F2)のフランク中央との間の第2の間隔(R2)との間の比が、1.6〜2の範囲にある、請求項2記載のアクチュエータ。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータの、自動車の排気ガス再循環弁を操作するための使用。
