Description
Claims (19)
- ポリマーと植物油に基づく組成物であって:
ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー;
上記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー内に分散された植物油;及び
上記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー内の植物油の分散を補助するために構成されたブロックコポリマーを含んでなる、組成物。 - 前記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーが、ポリ(L−ラクチド)、その立体異性体、又はこれらの組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物油が、大豆油を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、ポリ(イソプレン−b−ラクチド)を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、実質的に対称な界面活性剤である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、前記組成物の約0.1重量%〜約5重量%を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物油が、前記組成物の約5重量%〜約20重量%を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドが、前記組成物の約70重量%〜約90重量%を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物油が、ポリラクチドマトリックス中に液滴として分散されている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、ポリラクチドの体積の70%を含む、ポリイソプレン−ポリラクチド・ブロックコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーがポリ(L−ラクチド)を含んでなり、前記植物油が大豆油を含んでなり、そして前記ブロックコポリマーがポリ(イソプレン−b−ラクチド)を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーと植物油に基づく組成物であって:
植物油;
ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーであって、ここで該ポリラクチドの少なくとも一部が、上記植物油内に分散されている、ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー;及び
約70体積%以下のポリラクチドを含むポリイソプレン−ポリラクチド・ブロックコポリマーであって、ここで該ブロックコポリマーは上記植物油内の分散を安定化するために構成されている、ブロックコポリマー、
を含んでなる、組成物。 - 前記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーが、ポリ(L−ラクチド)、その立体異性体、又はこれらの組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記植物油が、大豆油を含んでなる、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、ポリ(イソプレン−b−ラクチド)を含んでなる、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- ポリマーと植物油に基づくエマルションにおける相を反転するための方法であって:
混合容器中に、ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー組成物、植物油組成物、及びブロックコポリマーを提供する工程;
ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー、植物油、及びポリイソプレン−ポリラクチド・ブロックコポリマーを混合し、ポリラクチド・ホモポリマー内に分散される植物油を含む第1エマルションを産生する工程;及び
ポリイソプレン−ポリラクチド・ブロックコポリマー内のポリラクチドの体積分率を約70%以下に低下させ、第2エマルションを産生する工程、
を含んでなり、ここで上記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーが植物油内に分散されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ポリラクチド・ホモポリマーが、ポリ(L−ラクチド)、その立体異性体、又はこれらの組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ブロックコポリマーが、植物油の添加の前に、粉末として混合容器に注入される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記植物油が、液滴として添加される、請求項16に記載の方法。
