Abstract
Description
容量性カップリングを介して入力端子に結合される整流部と、
整流部に結合される出力部とを有し、出力部は、
出力電圧を負荷に与えるための出力端子と、
電荷蓄積装置を有する第一チェーンと、
第一チェーンと並列に配置され、かつ出力電圧制限装置とDC通電直列インピーダンスを有する第二チェーンとを有し、
容量性電源は突入電流制限装置をさらに有し、
出力端子は出力電圧制限装置の各端子に接続され、DC通電直列インピーダンスは第一チェーンの抵抗値の少なくとも0.2倍の抵抗値を持つ。
前記電源入力に結合される上述の容量性電源と、
前記容量性電源によって電力供給される第一機能ユニットとを有する。
D1及びD2は2N4007である。
R1は100Ωである。
C1は470nFである。
C2は100mΩの内部抵抗を持つ470μFである。
D3はBZX84C5V1(5.1Vツェナーダイオード)である。
Zdc=R3=2.2Ω
Claims (6)
- AC主電源への接続用の入力端子と、容量性カップリングとを持つ入力部と、
前記容量性カップリングを介して前記入力端子に結合される整流部と、
前記整流部に結合される出力部とを有する容量性電源であって、
前記出力部は、
出力電圧を負荷に与えるための出力端子と、
電荷蓄積装置を有する第一チェーンと、
前記第一チェーンと並列に配置され、かつ出力電圧制限装置とDC通電直列インピーダンスを有する第二チェーンとを有し、
前記容量性電源は突入電流制限装置をさらに有する、容量性電源において、
前記出力端子は前記出力電圧制限装置の各端子に接続され、前記DC通電直列インピーダンスは前記第一チェーンの抵抗値の少なくとも0.2倍の抵抗値を持つ抵抗成分を持つことを特徴とする、容量性電源。 - 前記DC通電インピーダンスが前記第一チェーンの抵抗値の少なくとも10倍の抵抗値を持つ抵抗成分を持つ、請求項1に記載の容量性電源。
- 前記DC通電インピーダンスが最大でも前記突入電流制限装置の抵抗値の0.1倍の抵抗値を持つ抵抗成分を持つ、請求項1又は2に記載の容量性電源。
- 主電源への接続用の電源入力と、
前記電源入力に結合される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の容量性電源と、
前記容量性電源によって電力供給される第一機能ユニットとを有する、電子デバイス。 - スイッチング装置を介して前記電源入力に結合される第二電源と、前記第二電源によって電力供給される第二機能ユニットとを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第一機能ユニットが前記スイッチング装置を制御する、請求項5に記載の電子デバイス。
