Description
Claims (17)
- 温度が制御される貨物空間を冷却する輸送用冷凍ユニット用の冷凍システムであって、
冷媒圧縮装置、冷媒圧縮装置の下流にある冷媒熱除去熱交換器、冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流にある冷媒熱吸収熱交換器、および冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流でかつ冷媒熱吸収熱交換器の上流に配置された一次膨張装置を含む一次冷媒回路と、
冷媒圧縮装置に作用するように接続され、冷媒圧縮装置を駆動するモータと、
モータに作用するように接続され、冷媒圧縮装置の作動速度を変える変速駆動装置と、
変速駆動装置および冷媒圧縮装置に作用するように接続された制御装置であって、第1の連続運転作動モードで冷媒圧縮装置の速度を選択的に制御するとともに第1の繰り返し作動モードで冷媒圧縮装置の電源を選択的に投入および遮断することで、冷凍システムの冷却能力を制御する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする冷凍システム。 - 制御装置は、定速作動モードと変速作動モードの間で冷媒圧縮機の作動を選択的に切り換えるスイッチ回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 制御装置は、貨物空間の温度プルダウンに関連する最大冷却能力から部分負荷作動での貨物空間の温度維持に関連する最小冷却能力までの作動範囲に亘って貨物空間に関連する冷却要求に冷凍システムの冷却能力を適合させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- モータは可変周波数制御モータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 冷媒圧縮装置はスクロール圧縮機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 冷媒圧縮装置は多段往復動圧縮機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 冷媒圧縮装置は、第1の圧縮装置と、第2の圧縮装置とを含み、第2の圧縮装置は、第1の圧縮装置の吐出口と直列に冷媒連通するように配置され、第1の圧縮装置の吐出口は、第2の圧縮装置の吸入口と冷媒連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 温度が制御される貨物空間を冷却する輸送用冷凍ユニット用の冷凍システムであって、
冷媒圧縮装置、冷媒圧縮装置の下流にある冷媒熱除去熱交換器、冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流にある冷媒熱吸収熱交換器、および冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流でかつ冷媒熱吸収熱交換器の上流に配置された一次膨張装置を含む一次冷媒回路と、
一次冷媒回路内の冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流でかつ一次膨張装置の上流に配置されたエコノマイザ、一次冷媒回路内の冷媒熱除去熱交換器の下流でかつエコノマイザの上流に配置された二次膨張装置、エコノマイザと冷媒圧縮装置の中間圧力段との間に冷媒連通を確立するエコノマイザ冷媒ライン、およびエコノマイザ冷媒ラインに配置された冷媒流量制御弁を含むエコノマイザ冷媒回路と、
冷媒圧縮装置に作用するように接続され、冷媒圧縮装置を駆動するモータと、
モータに作用するように接続され、冷媒圧縮装置の作動速度を変える変速駆動装置と、
変速駆動装置および冷媒圧縮装置に作用するように接続された制御装置であって、第1の連続運転作動モードで冷媒圧縮装置の速度を選択的に制御するとともに第1の繰り返し作動モードで冷媒圧縮装置の電源を選択的に投入および遮断することで、冷凍システムの冷却能力を制御する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする冷凍システム。 - エコノマイザはフラッシュタンクを備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の冷凍システム。
- エコノマイザは冷媒−冷媒熱交換器を備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の冷凍システム。
- 制御装置は、定速作動モードと変速作動モードの間で冷媒圧縮機の作動を選択的に切り換えるスイッチ回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項8記載の冷凍システム。
- 制御装置は、貨物空間の温度プルダウンに関連する最大冷却能力から部分負荷作動での貨物空間の温度維持に関連する最小冷却能力までの作動範囲に亘って貨物空間に関連する冷却要求に冷凍システムの冷却能力を適合させることを特徴とする請求項8記載の冷凍システム。
- 冷凍システムは遷臨界サイクルで作動することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷凍システム。
- 冷媒は二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の冷凍システム。
- 温度が制御される貨物空間を冷却する輸送用冷凍ユニット用の冷凍システムを作動させる方法であって、冷凍システムは、冷媒圧縮装置と、冷媒圧縮装置に作用するように接続され、冷媒圧縮装置を駆動するモータとを備え、この方法は、
冷媒圧縮機の速度を選択的に変えるようにモータの作動速度を制御する変速駆動装置を提供し;
変速駆動装置に作用するように接続された制御装置を提供する、
ことを含み、制御装置は、温度制御要求に応じてプルダウンモード、能力モード、または部分負荷モードのいずれで冷凍システムを作動させるかを決定するとともに、プルダウンモード、能力モード、部分負荷モードのそれぞれで冷凍システムの冷却能力を貨物空間に関連する冷却要求に適合させるには定速または変速のどちらで冷媒圧縮機を作動させるかを決定することを特徴とする方法。 - 能力モードにおいて定速で冷媒圧縮機を作動させることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15記載の冷凍システムを作動させる方法。
- プルダウンモードにおいて連続運転モードで冷媒圧縮機を作動させ;
能力モードにおいて電源投入/遮断繰り返しモードで冷媒圧縮機を作動させ;
部分負荷モードの第1の部分において連続運転の変速モードで冷媒圧縮機を作動させ;
部分負荷モードの第2の部分において電源投入/遮断繰り返し運転の定速モードで冷媒圧縮機を作動させる、
ことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の冷凍システムを作動させる方法。
