Abstract
Description
(実施例)
ステンレス鋼表面をPIII照射によって処理して、多孔質表面を形成する。前記処理はローゼンドルフ リサーチ センター(Rossendorf Research Center)の大型チャンバーで行われる。(ゲウンゼル(Geunzel)、Surface & Coating Technology、136、47〜50頁、2001年およびJ.Vacuum Science & Techn.B、17(2)、895〜899頁、1999年)。操作条件は、下記の表に示す。

Claims (27)
- 多孔質金属表面と、
多孔質セラミックおよび多孔質金属のいずれか一方から形成された、前記多孔質金属表面領域の上に位置する層と
を備える内部人工器官。 - 前記多孔質金属表面領域は薬剤を含む、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層は、前記金属表面領域とは異なる空隙率を有する、請求項2に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層は前記金属表面よりも有孔度が低い、請求項3に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記金属表面は、約0.1〜5マイクロメートルの断面を有する複数の空洞を有する、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層の細孔径は、前記金属表面の細孔径よりも小さい、請求項4に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層の細孔径は、約1〜20nmである、請求項4に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記薬剤の密度は、約0.5μg/mm2以上である、請求項2に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層の厚さは、前記多孔質金属表面の厚さよりも薄い、請求項1に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記層の厚さは、約10〜500nmである、請求項9に記載の内部人工器官。
- 前記多孔質金属表面の厚さは、約0.1〜3マイクロメートルである、請求項9に記載の内部人工器官。
