Claims (10)
- 運搬道路条件に基づき機械積載量を管理する方法であって、
作業環境において動作する機械に関連する性能データを収集する工程(310)と、
収集された性能データに基づき機械の実際の有効積算勾配を決定する工程(320)と、
実際の有効積算勾配と目標有効積算勾配値とを比較する工程(330)と、
実際の有効積算勾配が目標有効積算勾配値の閾値範囲内にない場合、複数の積載量レベルで有効積算勾配をシミュレートする工程(340)と、
模擬有効積算勾配が目標有効積算勾配値の閾値範囲内に入るようにさせる複数の積載量レベルの少なくとも1つを特定する工程(350)と、を含む方法。 - 機械の積載量限界を、複数の積載量レベルの少なくとも1つの最大積載量レベルとして設定する工程(360)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械の積載量限界を示す積載量通知を生成する工程と、
積載量加入者に積載量通知を提供する工程(370)と、をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 模擬有効積算勾配データを出力する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有効積算勾配をシミュレートする工程は、
収集された性能データに基づき機械のソフトウェアモデルを生成することと、
生成されたソフトウェアモデルを使用して機械の動作をシミュレートすることと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 複数の積載量レベルのそれぞれに対し、機械の生産性レベルを決定する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の積載量レベルのそれぞれに対し、機械の1つまたは複数の駆動系部品に関連する寿命を推定する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作業環境(100)において動作する機械とデータ通信を行う状態監視システム(140)であって、
作業環境において動作する機械(120a、120b)に関連する性能データを収集し、
性能データに基づき機械の実際の有効積算勾配を監視するように構成された状態監視システムと、
状態監視システムに通信で結合された性能シミュレータ(160)であって、
実際の有効積算勾配と目標有効積算勾配値とを比較し、
実際の有効積算勾配が目標有効積算勾配値の閾値範囲内にない場合、複数の積載量レベルと関連する有効積算勾配をシミュレートし、
模擬有効積算勾配が目標有効積算勾配値の閾値範囲内に入るようにさせる複数の積載量レベルの少なくとも1つを特定するように構成された性能シミュレータと、を含む運搬経路管理システム(135)。 - 性能シミュレータはさらに、機械の積載量限界を、模擬有効積算勾配が目標有効積算勾配値の閾値範囲内に入るようにさせる複数の積載量レベルの少なくとも1つの最大積載量レベルとして設定するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 性能シミュレータはさらに、機械の積載量限界を示す積載量通知を生成し(165)、積載量通知を積載量加入者(170)に提供するように構成される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
