Description

Claims (17)
- 80〜98重量%の清浄な砂と;
1〜10重量%のポリマー成分と;
10重量%以下のオイル成分と;および
0.5〜5重量%のファイバ成分と
を含むことを特徴とする表面組成物。 - 角を有するまたは亜角を有すると分類される粒が、前記清浄な砂の大部分をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ポリマー成分が、重合体、共重合体、三元共重合体、これらの混合物およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ポリマー成分が、ポリアルファオレフィン、エチレン酢酸ビニール(EVA)、ポリアミド、ポリブチレン(PB)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリ塩化ビニール(PVC)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン(ABS)、これらの混合物およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される少なくとも1つのポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ポリマー成分が、
ASTM D36−06に従い測定された80℃〜120℃の軟化点と、
ASTM D3236−88に従い測定された2〜40mPa・sの190℃での溶融粘度と、
の両方を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - 前記オイル成分が、ASTM D455に従い測定された20〜100センチストークの40℃での粘度を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記オイル成分が、パラフィン系オイル、芳香油、ナフテン油、これらの混合物およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ファイバ成分が、レーヨン、ナイロン、ポリエステル、アクリル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、これらの混合物およびこれらの組み合わせから成る合成繊維の群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ファイバ成分が、3.2〜25.4mmの平均繊維長さと、0.5〜12デニールの平均繊維直径とを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。
- 前記ポリマー成分が、ASTM D36−06に従い測定された80℃〜120℃の軟化点と、ASTM D3236−88に従い測定された2〜40mPa・sの190℃での溶融粘度との両方を示し、;
前記オイル成分が、ASTM D455に従い測定された20〜100センチストークの40℃での粘度を示し;
前記ファイバ成分が、3.2〜25.4mmの平均繊維長さと、0.5〜12デニールの平均繊維直径とを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - 前記ポリマー成分が、ASTM D36−06に従い測定された80℃〜120℃の軟化点と、ASTM D3236−88に従い測定された2〜40mPa・sの190℃での溶融粘度との両方を示し、;
実質的にオイルを含まず;
前記ファイバ成分が、3.2〜25.4mmの平均繊維長さと、0.5〜12デニールの平均繊維直径とを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - 89.5〜94.5重量%の清浄な砂と;
2.5〜5.5重量%のポリマー成分と;
3.5重量%以下のオイル成分と;および
0.5〜2.5重量%のファイバ成分と
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - 93.5〜94.5重量%の清浄な砂と;
3.5〜4.5重量%のポリマー成分と;
0.5〜2.5重量%のファイバ成分と;および
0.1重量%未満のオイル成分と
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - 93.5〜94.5重量%の清浄な砂と;
3.5〜4.5重量%のポリマー成分と; および
0.5〜2.5重量%のファイバ成分と
を更に含み、
実質的にオイル成分を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面組成物。 - ポリマー成分の軟化点温度よりも高い温度で清浄な砂の装填を維持し、加熱した砂を得ることと;
前記加熱した砂全体に前記ポリマー成分を配分することと;
前記加熱した砂全体にファイバ成分を配分し、加熱した砂と前記ポリマー成分と前記ファイバ成分との組み合わせが、作用混合物を形成することと;および
前記作用混合物を撹拌しながら周囲の温度の20℃以内の温度に冷却するとことと
を含むことを特徴とする表面組成物の製造方法。 - 120〜150℃の温度で清浄な砂の装填を維持し、加熱した砂を得ることと;
前記加熱した砂全体に2.5〜5.5重量%のポリマー成分を配分することと;
前記加熱した砂全体に3.5重量%以下のオイル成分を配分することと;
前記加熱した砂全体に0.5〜2.4重量%のファイバ成分を配分し、加熱した砂と前記ポリマー成分と前記オイル成分と前記ファイバ成分との組み合わせが、作用混合物を形成することと;および
前記作用混合物を撹拌しながら周囲の温度の10℃以内の温度に冷却するとことと
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表面組成物の製造方法。 - 90〜94重量%の清浄な砂と;
ASTM D36−06に従い測定された80℃〜120℃の軟化点と、ASTM D3236−88に従い測定された2〜40mPa・sの190℃での溶融粘度との両方を示す、2.5〜5.5重量%のポリマー成分と;および
3.2〜25.4mmの平均繊維長さと、0.5〜12デニールの平均繊維直径とを示す、0.5〜2.5重量%のファイバ成分と
から実質的に成ることを特徴とする表面組成物。
