Claims (14)

前記スクリューを受け入れるように内部を貫通する通路を有するハウジングと、
を含み、
前記通路が前記インサート上の前記ねじ山と係合するように部分的にねじ山を有する多軸スクリューアセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジングが矯正ロッドを取り外し可能に受け入れるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが前記近位部分の周りにU字型のサドルを形成している、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記インサート、前記スクリュー、前記連結部および前記ハウジングが生体適合性材料から形成されている、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記インサートの前記開口部が前記スクリューの前記シャンクよりも大きく、かつ前記スクリューの前記頭部よりも小さい直径を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記スクリューが切断部分を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが前記通路の近位端の周りに形成されたねじ山を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記スクリューの前記シャンクが前記ハウジングの長手軸に対して移動可能である、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部が、前記スクリューが所定の角度で前記長手軸に対して枢動可能であるように前記スクリューの前記頭部と係合する、請求項8に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部が一連の放射状の突起部を有し、前記スクリューの頭部が前記一連の放射状の突起部を受け入れるように構成された一連の放射状に配置された切れ目を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記スクリューの頭部が凹部を有し、前記連結部が、前記スクリューの前記連結部に対する枢動運動を可能にするように構成された相補的な下面を有する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部の前記相補的な下面は一連の放射状に配置された溝を有する、請求項11に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 一連の負荷移動コネクタをさらに含み、前記一連の負荷移動コネクタの少なくとも1つが前記連結部の前記一連の放射状に配置された各溝内に配置されている、請求項12に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部に与えられる回転力が、前記一連の放射状突起部内を移動しかつ前記一連の放射状に配置された切れ目に圧接されるため、前記連結部に作用している前記回転力によって前記スクリューの回転運動が引き起こされる、請求項10に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
