Claims (10)
- 多軸スクリューアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリは、

前記スクリューの頭部の凹部内に受け入れられるように構成された凸部、および複数の放射状突起部を有する連結部であって、前記複数の放射状突起部の各放射状突起部が、前記スクリューの頭部内にある前記複数の放射状に配置された切れ目のうちの対応する1つの中に受け入れられるように構成および寸法決めされている、連結部と、
近位端および遠位端と、前記スクリューの頭部および前記連結部を受け入れるための内部通路とを有するハウジングと、
前記スクリューのシャンクを受け入れるために内部に開口部を有するインサートであって、前記インサートが、前記ハウジングの通路内に前記スクリューの頭部および前記連結部を保持するように前記ハウジングの遠位端と係合可能である、インサートと、を含み、
前記連結部に与えられる回転力が、前記複数の放射状突起部を経て前記複数の放射状に配置された切れ目まで移動して前記スクリューの回転を引き起こし、
前記ハウジングの通路がねじ山を有する部分を含み、前記インサートがその外面にねじ山を有し、前記インサートのねじ山が、前記スクリューの頭部および前記連結部を前記ハウジング内に保持するために前記ハウジングの通路のねじ山と係合可能である、多軸スクリューアセンブリ。 - 前記スクリューが、前記連結部に対して角度をなして配置される、請求項1に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングの近位端が矯正ロッドを取り外し可能に受け入れるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが矯正ロッドを受け入れるためにその近位端にU字型のサドルを形成する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記インサート、前記スクリュー、前記連結部および前記ハウジングが生体適合性材料で形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記インサートの開口部が、前記スクリューのシャンクよりも大きくかつ前記スクリューの頭部よりも小さい直径を有する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記スクリューが切断部分を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングが前記通路の近位端の周りに形成されたねじ山を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記スクリューのシャンクが前記ハウジングの長手軸に対して移動可能である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部が、前記スクリューが所定の角度で前記長手軸に対して枢動可能であるように前記スクリューの頭部と係合している、請求項9に記載の多軸スクリューアセンブリ。
