Abstract
【解決手段】給電側設備10は、高周波電源11及び1次側共鳴コイル13bを備えている。移動体側設備20は、1次側共鳴コイル13bからの電力を受電する2次側共鳴コイル21b、整流器23、2次側共鳴コイル21bと整流器23との間に設けられた2次側整合器22、整流器23により整流された電力が供給される充電器24、充電器24に接続された2次電池25及び車両側コントローラ26を備えている。車両側コントローラ26は、給電側設備10から給電中か否かを判断する給電判断手段と、受電するか否かを判断する受電判断手段と、前記給電判断手段及び前記受電判断手段の判断情報に基づいて、受電を拒否すべき状態であるのに給電中の場合には2次側整合器22を不整合状態にする制御手段として機能する。

Description
図1に示すように、共鳴型非接触給電システムは、地上側に設けられる給電側設備(送電側設備)10と、移動体としての車両(自動車)に搭載された移動体側設備20とで構成されている。
次に前記のように構成された共鳴型非接触給電システムの作用を説明する。
(1)共鳴型非接触給電システムは、交流電源(高周波電源11)、交流電源から電力の供給を受ける1次側共鳴コイル13bを備えた給電側設備10と、1次側共鳴コイル13bからの電力を受電する2次側共鳴コイル21bを備えた移動体側設備20とを備えている。移動体側設備20は、2次側共鳴コイル21bが受電した電力を整流する整流器23、整流器23により整流された電力が供給される充電器24及び充電器24に接続された2次電池25を備えている。また、移動体側設備20は、給電側設備10から給電中か否かを判断する給電判断手段と、受電するか否かを判断する受電判断手段と、給電判断手段及び受電判断手段の判断情報に基づいて、受電を拒否すべき状態であるのに給電中の場合には2次側整合器22を不整合状態にする制御手段としての車両側コントローラ26を備えている。したがって、受電側(移動体側設備20)の故障等により充電を中止したいにも拘らず充電中止ができないとき、無線通信で給電側(給電側設備10)に給電中止を依頼せずに、受電側で充電を中止することができる。
○ 移動体側設備20が受電を拒否すべき状態としては、充電開始後に充電停止ができない場合に限らない。例えば、移動体側設備20において充電準備ができていない状態であるにも拘わらず、給電側設備10から電力伝送(給電)がなされた場合も受電を拒否すべき状態となる。この場合、車両側コントローラ26は、充電開始前から、例えば、給電側設備10の充電位置に向かって車両が移動を開始した時点から、給電判断手段、受電判断手段、制御手段としての機能を発揮する状態になる。そして、充電のための準備が完了して、車両側コントローラ26が電源側コントローラ14に給電要求信号を送信する前に給電側設備10から電力伝送(給電)が開始された場合は、車両側コントローラ26は2次側整合器22を不整合状態にする。
○ 電圧センサ27及び電流センサ28の検出信号に基づいて、2次電池25の充電時の充電電圧及び電流と、2次電池25の放電時の放電電圧及び電流量を検出・積算して、2次電池25の充電状態を検出(確認)する代わりに、2次電池25の電圧を検出して2次電池25の電圧から充電状態を確認するようにしてもよい。しかし、充電、放電の経過を考慮した前者の方が、充電状態を正確に検出(確認)することができる。
○ 充電器24に昇圧回路を設けずに、2次側コイル21から出力される交流電流を整流器23で整流しただけで2次電池25に充電するようにしてもよい。
○ 1次側整合器12及び2次側整合器22は、二つの可変コンデンサとインダクタを備えた構成に限らず、インダクタとして可変インダクタを備えた構成や、可変インダクタと二つの非可変コンデンサとからなる構成としてもよい。
○ 1次側整合器12を省略してもよい。しかし、1次側整合器12が存在する方が、給電側から電力をより効率良く受電側に供給するために共鳴系のインピーダンスを微調整することができる。
(1)請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発明において、前記受電を拒否すべき状態であるのに給電中の場合とは、満充電に伴う充電終了信号が出力されたのにも拘わらず、充電が終了されない場合である。
(3)請求項1、請求項2及び前記技術的思想(1),(2)のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、前記給電側設備は、反射電力検出手段を備え、反射電力が予め設定された値以上の状態が設定時間以上継続すると給電を停止する。
Claims (2)
- 交流電源、前記交流電源から電力の供給を受ける1次側共鳴コイルを備えた給電側設備と、
前記1次側共鳴コイルからの電力を受電する2次側共鳴コイル、前記2次側共鳴コイルが受電した電力を整流する整流器、前記整流器により整流された電力が供給される充電器及び前記充電器に接続された蓄電装置を備えた移動体側設備と
を備えた共鳴型非接触給電システムであって、
前記移動体側設備は、前記2次側共鳴コイルと前記整流器との間に設けられた整合器と、前記給電側設備から給電中か否かを判断する給電判断手段と、受電するか否かを判断する受電判断手段と、前記給電判断手段及び前記受電判断手段の判断情報に基づいて、受電を拒否すべき状態であるのに給電中の場合には前記整合器を不整合状態にする制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする共鳴型非接触給電システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記蓄電装置の充電を中止したいのに中止ができない場合に、前記整合器を不整合状態にする請求項1に記載の共鳴型非接触給電システム。
