Abstract
【解決手段】導電粉末と、酸化ビスマス、シリカ、酸化ホウ素、ジルコニアとチタニアのうち少なくともいずれか、RO(ROは、BeO、MgO、CaO、BaO、SrOから選ばれる少なくとも一種)、R2O(R2Oは、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、Rb2O、Cs2Oから選ばれる少なくとも一種)、を含むガラスフリットと、を含む無機成分、及び、有機バインダー、を含有する。

Description
本実施形態の導電ペーストは、導電粉末と、酸化ビスマス、シリカ、酸化ホウ素、ジルコニアとチタニアのうち少なくともいずれか、RO(ROは、BeO、MgO、CaO、BaO、SrOから選ばれる少なくとも一種)、R2O(R2Oは、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、Rb2O、Cs2Oから選ばれる少なくとも一種)を含むガラスフリットと、を含む無機成分、及び、有機バインダーを含有することを特徴とする。
(1)(メタ)アクリル酸などの不飽和カルボン酸と、メチル(メタ)アクリレートなどの不飽和二重結合を有する化合物を共重合させることによって得られるカルボキシル基含有樹脂。
(2)(メタ)アクリル酸などの不飽和カルボン酸と、メチル(メタ)アクリレートなどの不飽和二重結合を有する化合物の共重合体に、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレートや(メタ)アクリル酸クロライドなどにより、エチレン性不飽和基をペンダントとして付加させることによって得られるカルボキシル基含有感光性樹脂。
(3)グリシジル(メタ)アクリレートなどのエポキシ基と不飽和二重結合を有する化合物と、メチル(メタ)アクリレートなどの不飽和二重結合を有する化合物の共重合体に、(メタ)アクリル酸などの不飽和カルボン酸を反応させ、生成した2級の水酸基にテトラヒドロフタル酸無水物などの多塩基酸無水物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有感光性樹脂。
(4)無水マレイン酸などの不飽和二重結合を有する酸無水物と、スチレンなどの不飽和二重結合を有する化合物の共重合体に、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートなどの水酸基と不飽和二重結合を有する化合物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有感光性樹脂。
(5)多官能エポキシ化合物と(メタ)アクリル酸などの不飽和モノカルボン酸を反応させ、生成した2級の水酸基にテトラヒドロフタル酸無水物などの多塩基酸無水物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有感光性樹脂。
(6)メチル(メタ)アクリレートなどの不飽和二重結合を有する化合物とグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートの共重合体のエポキシ基に、1分子中に1つのカルボキシル基を有し、エチレン性不飽和結合を持たない有機酸を反応させ、生成した2級の水酸基に多塩基酸無水物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有樹脂。
(7)ポリビニルアルコールなどの水酸基含有ポリマーに多塩基酸無水物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有樹脂。
(8)ポリビニルアルコールなどの水酸基含有ポリマーに、テトラヒドロフタル酸無水物などの多塩基酸無水物を反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有樹脂に、グリシジル(メタ)アクリレートなどのエポキシ基と不飽和二重結合を有する化合物をさらに反応させて得られるカルボキシル基含有感光性樹脂。
先ず、導電ペーストを、例えばスクリーン印刷、バーコーター、ブレードコーターなどの塗布方法を用い、PDP用背面ガラス基板などの基材上に塗布し、塗膜を形成する。
温度計、攪拌機、滴下ロート、及び還流冷却機を備えたフラスコに、メチルメタクリレートとメタクリル酸を0.87:0.13のモル比で仕込んだ。そして、溶媒としてジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、触媒としてアゾビスイソブチロニトリルを入れ、窒素雰囲気下80℃で7時間攪拌し、アルカリ可溶性樹脂(共重合樹脂)である有機バインダーの溶液を得た。
得られた有機バインダーの重量平均分子量は、約10,000、酸価は、95mgKOH/g、その固形分は57%であった。
得られた有機バインダーを含む以下に示す成分を配合し、攪拌機により攪拌後、3本ロールミルで練肉することにより、実施例1〜6、比較例1〜6の導電ペーストを調製した。実施例1〜6、比較例1〜6の導電ペーストにおいて、ガラスフリットは、それぞれ表1に示すような組成、物性のものとした。
ガラスフリット:50重量部
Ag粉:500重量部
有機バインダー:175重量部
光重合性モノマー(M350 東亜合成社製):50重量部
光重合開始剤(Irg(登録商標)369 BASF社製):10重量部
消泡剤(モダフロー(登録商標) モンサント社製):5重量部
安定剤(リン酸エステル):5重量部
なお、Ag粉は、SEMにて測定した平均粒径が2.2μm、最大粒径6.3μm、表面積0.3m2/gのものを使用した。
〈安定性評価〉
調製された実施例1〜3、比較例1〜3の導電ペーストの初期粘度を東機産業(株)製コーンプレート型粘度計で測定した。これを40℃で7日間保持した後、再度同様に経時粘度変化を測定した。評価結果を表2に示す。評価基準は以下の通りである。

×・・・7日後の粘度変化が20%以上
ガラス基板上に、実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜3の導電ペーストを、200メッシュのポリエステルスクリーンを用いて、全面に塗布した。次いで、熱風循環式乾燥炉にて、100℃で20分間乾燥して、タックフリーの乾燥塗膜を形成した。
さらに、各塗膜パターンが形成された基板を、空気雰囲気下にて、5℃/分で昇温して600℃で10分間焼成することにより、試験片を得た。
〈耐酸性評価〉
L/S=120/120μmの評価パターンの形成された試験片を、液温40℃に加温した6%硝酸水溶液に10分間浸漬した後、取り出し、水洗後、自然乾燥した。
乾燥後の試験片を用い、セロテープ(登録商標)ピール試験を行い、目視によりはがれの確認を行った。評価結果を表2に示す。評価基準は以下の通りである。

L/S=70/80μmのくし形電極パターンの形成された試験片に、UV防湿剤(NO.801SA09 協立化学産業社製)を塗布した後、超高圧水銀灯で3000mJ/cm2露光し、試験片を作製した。
○・・・試験後の絶縁抵抗が、初期絶縁抵抗の1/10以上
×・・・試験後の絶縁抵抗が、初期絶縁抵抗の1/10未満

- 導電粉末と、
酸化ビスマス、シリカ、酸化ホウ素、ジルコニアとチタニアのうち少なくともいずれか、RO(ROは、BeO、MgO、CaO、BaO、SrOから選ばれる少なくとも一種)、R2O(R2Oは、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、Rb2O、Cs2Oから選ばれる少なくとも一種)、を含むガラスフリットと、
を含む無機成分、及び、
有機バインダーを含有することを特徴とする導電ペースト。 - 前記ガラスフリットは、前記無機成分中の含有量が1〜15wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電ペースト。
- 前記有機バインダーは、カルボキシル基含有樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の導電ペースト。
- 導電粉末と、
