Claims (19)
- 基板本体と、
前記基板本体上に形成された薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタと接続して電子を注入する透明電極と前記透明電極上に形成された有機発光層と前記有機発光層上に形成されて正孔を注入する反射電極とを有する有機発光素子と、を含み、
前記有機発光層は、電子注入用金属層と電子注入層と電子注入用双極子層(dipole layer)とを含み前記透明電極上に形成された電子注入部と、前記電子注入部上に形成された発光部と、を含むことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記薄膜トランジスタはN型薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは非晶質シリコン薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明電極は4.5eVより大きい仕事関数を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。

- 前記反射電極及び前記電子注入用金属層のうちの一つ以上は、銀(Ag)、リチウム(Li)、マグネシウム(Mg)、カルシウム(Ca)、亜鉛(Zn)、及びアルミニウム(Al)のいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子注入用双極子層は、C60(Fullerene)、F16CuPc(Fluorinated Copper−phthalocyanine)、TCNQ(Tetracyanoquinodimethane)、TCNNQ(11,11,12,12−tetracyano−1,4−naphthaquinodimethane)、PTCDI(perylene tetracarboxylic diimide)、NTCDI(1,4;5,8−naphthalene−tetracarboxylic diimide)、及びNTCDA(1,4,5,8−Naphthalene−tetracarboxylic−dianhydride)のいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透明電極上に前記電子注入用金属層、前記電子注入層、及び前記電子注入用双極子層が順次に積層されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子注入層と前記電子注入用双極子層は互いに混合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子注入部と前記発光部との間に配置された電子輸送層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光層は、正孔注入層及び正孔注入用双極子層を含み、前記発光部と前記反射電極との間に配置された正孔注入部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記正孔注入用双極子層は、C60(Fullerene)、F16CuPc(Fluorinated Copper−phthalocyanine)、TCNQ(Tetracyanoquinodimethane)、TCNNQ(11,11,12,12−tetracyano−1,4−naphthaquinodimethane)、PTCDI(perylene tetracarboxylic diimide)、NTCDI(1,4;5,8−naphthalene−tetracarboxylic diimide)、及びNTCDA(1,4,5,8−Naphthalene−tetracarboxylic−dianhydride)のいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記正孔注入用双極子層は、双極子特性を有する金属酸化膜を含むことを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記双極子特性を有する金属酸化膜は、酸化モリブデン(molybdenum oxide)、酸化タングステン(tungsten oxide)、酸化バナジウム(vanadium oxide)、酸化レニウム(rhenium oxide)、及び酸化ルテニウム(ruthenium oxide)のいずれか一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記発光部上に前記正孔注入用双極子層及び前記正孔注入層が順次に積層されることを特徴とする請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記正孔注入層と前記正孔注入用双極子層は互いに混合されることを特徴とする請求項13〜17のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記正孔注入部と前記発光部との間に配置された正孔輸送層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13〜18のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
