Abstract
【解決手段】異なる色相の第1副画素、第2副画素及び第3副画素を備える有機発光表示装置において、基板と、基板上に配された第1電極と、第1電極上に第1電極と対向するように配された第2電極と、第1電極と第2電極との間に配され、第1有機発光層、第2有機発光層及び第3有機発光層を備える有機発光層と、第1電極と第2電極との間に有機発光層と接するように配される電子アクセプター層と、を備え、第1有機発光層は、第1副画素に配され、第2有機発光層は、第2副画素に配され、第3有機発光層は、第1副画素、第2副画素及び第3副画素に共通に配され、電子アクセプター層は、第1副画素で第1有機発光層と第3有機発光層との間、及び第2副画素で第2有機発光層と第3有機発光層との間に配される有機発光表示装置である。

Description
本発明において、前記電子アクセプター層は、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、MoO3及びフラーレン(C60)からなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含みうる。
電子注入層342上に第2電極350が配される。第2電極350上に密封部材(図示せず)が配されうる。第2電極350及び密封部材についての具体的な説明は、前述した実施形態と同一であるので、省略する。

Claims (9)
- 異なる色相の第1副画素、第2副画素及び第3副画素を備える有機発光表示装置において、
基板と、
前記基板上に配された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に前記第1電極と対向するように配された第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配され、第1有機発光層、第2有機発光層及び第3有機発光層を備える有機発光層と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に前記有機発光層と接するように配される電子アクセプター層と、を備え、
前記第1有機発光層は、前記第1副画素に配され、前記第2有機発光層は、前記第2副画素に配され、前記第3有機発光層は、前記第1副画素、第2副画素及び第3副画素に共通に配され、
前記電子アクセプター層は、前記第1副画素で前記第1有機発光層と前記第3有機発光層との間、及び前記第2副画素で前記第2有機発光層と前記第3有機発光層との間に配される有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1有機発光層は、赤色可視光線を発光し、前記第2有機発光層は、緑色可視光線を発光し、前記第3有機発光層は、青色可視光線を発光することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子アクセプター層は、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、MoO3及びフラーレン(C60)からなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第3有機発光層は、前記第1電極と前記第1有機発光層との間、及び前記第1電極と前記第2有機発光層との間に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記電子アクセプター層と前記第1有機発光層との間、及び前記電子アクセプター層と前記第2有機発光層との間にバッファ層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記バッファ層は、正孔注入物質または正孔輸送物質であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記基板と前記第3有機発光層との間に正孔輸送層及び正孔注入層が配されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記正孔注入層と前記正孔輸送層との間に配された中間層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記中間層は、ヘキサアザトリフェニレンヘキサカルボニトリル(HAT−CN)、MoO3及びフラーレン(C60)からなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
