Abstract
【解決手段】強化繊維と熱可塑性樹脂との複合材料であるプリプレグテープを用いて、成形品としての強度や剛性を有するように、プリプレグテープの配置は繊維配列方向と外力の方向とを考慮して、1つの層内で異なる繊維配列方向のプリプレグテープを配置するようにし、かつ前記プリプレグテープを着接させながら縫い方を変えるステッチング方法を実施して、多層構造からなる成形品のニヤーネットシェイプを縫成することによって実現できた。

Claims (5)
- シート状の基材上または既にできている層の上に、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープを任意の向き及び任意の位置に着接しながらステッチングをし、任意の長さに裁断して一つの繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープの縫着を完了させる手順からなる繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープ縫着手順を、各層における任意の位置から実施し、前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープ縫着手順を繰り返しながら順次繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープを縫着させて平面状の一つの層を形成し、前記層の上部に更に次の平面状の層を前記繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープ縫着手順に従って形成して積層し、順次次の平面状の層を形成しながら積層して多層構造体からなる所定形状を有する成形品のニヤーネットシェイプを縫成することを特徴とする繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグの積層方法。
- 成形品として必要な強度及び剛性を具備するように繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープの配置を行う方法として、成形品に対して引張力のかかる方向と繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープの繊維配列方向とを一致させる部位を設ける配置方法、前記成形品に対して引張力のかかる方向と繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープの繊維配列方向とが直角な位置関係となる部位を生じさせない配置方法、隣接する2つの異なる繊維配列方向の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープの突合せ部位の同一層内の狭間部位や、前記突合せ部位の上層及び/または下層で隣接する前記プリプレグテープを跨設させて繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープを配置する配置方法などの方法の中から少なくとも一つの方法を一つの層内または複数の層内で織り込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグの積層方法。
- 成形品として必要な強度及び剛性を具備するようにステッチングを行う方法として、層間剥離を生じやすい部位や変形しやすい部位に縫い糸の間隔を縮めて集中的にステッチングすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグの積層方法。
- シート状の基材が、繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグテープを構成する熱可塑性樹脂と同一の材質からなる、プラスチックシート、プラスチックフィルム、織物、編物、組物、マット材、またはステッチングシートのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグの積層方法。
- 成形品のニヤーネットシェイプ縫成過程におけるステッチングを、ステッチングの縫いデータ、及びプリプレグテープの配置の位置データ並びに裁断位置データを含む制御データに基づいたプログラムに従って作動する、X方向及びY方向に直線移動する被ステッチング物の移送装置を具備した刺繍用ミシンを使用して行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂プリプレグの積層方法。
