Claims (3)

円周方向に複数の貫通孔が設けられた円筒部を有するシャンクと、
前記円筒部の外側に摺動可能に嵌合され、前記貫通孔と対応する位置に係止孔が形成されたホルダー本体と、
前記円筒部に収納され、頭部と軸部を有し、前記頭部の下側にテーパ部が形成されたボルトと、
前記ボルトの軸部に外挿され、前記ボルトの頭部に向ってテーパ部が形成されたワッシャと、
前記ボルトのネジ先部に螺合されるナットと、
前記ボルトの軸部に外挿され、一端が前記ワッシャと当接され、他端が前記ナットと当接される巻きばねと、
前記貫通孔に収容され、一側が前記係止孔の円周部分に支持され、他側が前記ボルトのテーパ部と前記ワッシャのテーパ部で支持される鋼球と、を備え、
前記シャンクと前記ホルダー本体の間を相対的にずらす外力が作用した場合、前記係止孔が軸方向にずれて前記鋼球を前記ボルト側に押し出し、前記鋼球が前記ボルトのテーパ部と前記ワッシャのテーパ部を均等に押圧して前記巻きばねを圧縮することを特徴とするタップホルダー。
