Abstract

- 遊星ギヤトレーン(40)であって、
環状キャリア(72)によって支持されたスピンドル(75)上に回転可能に取付けられた遊星ギヤ(74)を含み、
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々が、中空の遊星ギヤハブ(92)と該遊星ギヤハブ(92)から半径方向外向きに延びる軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された前方及び後方出力歯セット(94、96)とを含み、また
軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された前方及び後方ローラ軸受(111、112)が、前記遊星ギヤ(74)及びスピンドル(75)間に配置される、
遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。 - 前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の後方出力歯セット(96)の後方で前記遊星ギヤハブ(92)に固定取付けされた入力ギヤ(104)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。
- 前記前方及び後方ローラ軸受(111、112)が、それぞれ前記間隔を置いて配置された前方出力歯セット(94)及び入力ギヤ(104)と軸方向に沿って整列しているか又は隣接している、ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項2記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。
- 前記前方ローラ軸受(111)が、前記前方出力歯セット(94)と軸方向に沿って整列し、また前記後方ローラ軸受(112)が、前記入力ギヤ(104)と軸方向に沿って隣接している、ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項3記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。
- 前記前方出力歯セット(94)を囲みかつ該前方出力歯セット(94)と噛み合うリングギヤ(100)及び前記後方出力歯セット(96)と噛み合うエキスターナルギヤ(102)と、
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の後方出力歯セット(96)の後方で前記遊星ギヤハブ(92)に固定取付けされた入力ギヤ(104)と、をさらに含み、
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の入力ギヤ(104)が、サンギヤ(108)と噛み合う、
ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項1記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。 - 前記前方出力歯セット(94)が、前記スピンドル(75)の半径方向外側で前記リングギヤ(100)と噛み合い、
前記後方出力歯セット(96)が、前記スピンドル(75)の半径方向内側で前記エキスターナルギヤ(102)と噛み合い、また
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の入力ギヤ(104)が、前記スピンドル(75)の半径方向内側で前記サンギヤ(108)と噛み合う、
ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項5記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。 - 前記前方及び後方ローラ軸受(111、112)が、それぞれ前記間隔を置いて配置された前方出力歯セット(94)及び入力ギヤ(104)と軸方向に沿って整列しているか又は隣接している、ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項6記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。
- 前記前方及び後方出力歯セット(94、96)、遊星ギヤ(74)の入力ギヤ(104)、リングギヤ(100)、エキスターナルギヤ(102)並びにサンギヤ(108)が、ヘリカル形である、ことをさらに特徴とする、請求項6記載の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)。
- 遊星ギヤ装置(56)であって、
環状キャリア(72)の前方及び後方円錐形キャリアフレーム(76、77)によって支持されたスピンドル(75)上に回転可能に取付けられた遊星ギヤ(74)を備えた遊星ギヤトレーン(40)を含み、
前記前方及び後方円錐形キャリアフレーム(76、77)が、それぞれ半径方向外側前方及び後方キャリアフランジ(79、81)を含み、
前記前方及び後方円錐形キャリアフレーム(76、77)が、それらの間に前記スピンドル(75)を固定支持したそれぞれ半径方向内側前方及び後方支持フランジ(83、85)を含み、
前記前方及び後方支持フランジ(83、85)が、円錐形前方及び後方支持ビーム(88、90)によって前記前方及び後方キャリアフランジ(79、81)に連結され、

軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された前方及び後方ローラ軸受(111、112)が、前記遊星ギヤ(74)及びスピンドル(75)間に配置される、
遊星ギヤ装置(56)。 - ターボファンガスタービンエンジン(10)であって、
少なくともその一部がファンフレーム(67)によって半径方向に支持された二重反転式第1及び第2のファン段(60、62)を備えたファンセクション(16)と、
前記ファンセクション(16)の下流に配置されかつ遊星ギヤ装置(56)内の遊星ギヤトレーン(40)を介して低圧シャフト(36)によって前記第1及び第2のファン段(60、62)に駆動連結された低圧タービン(32)と、を含み、
前記遊星ギヤトレーン(40)が、環状キャリア(72)によって支持されたスピンドル(75)上に回転可能に取付けられた遊星ギヤ(74)を含み、
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々が、中空の遊星ギヤハブ(92)と該遊星ギヤハブ(92)から半径方向外向きに延びる軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された前方及び後方出力歯セット(94、96)とを含み、また
軸方向に間隔を置いて配置された前方及び後方ローラ軸受(111、112)が、前記遊星ギヤ(74)及びスピンドル(75)間に配置される、
ターボファンガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の後方出力歯セット(96)の後方で前記遊星ギヤハブ(92)に固定取付けされた入力ギヤ(104)をさらに含み、
前記第2のファン段(62)が、前記前方出力歯セット(94)を囲みかつ該前方出力歯セット(94)と噛み合うリングギヤ(100)に連結され、
前記第1のファン段(60)が、前記後方出力歯セット(96)と噛み合うエキスターナルギヤ(102)に連結され、また
前記遊星ギヤ(74)の各々の入力ギヤ(104)が、前記低圧シャフト(36)に連結されたサンギヤ(108)と噛み合う、
