Description

The present invention relates to a parking structure in which a vertical movement area part having a loop road on which a vehicle can self-propelled in different levels while drawing a loop, and a parking floor having a plurality of parking spaces are provided in a plurality of levels. The present invention relates to a parking building including an area part and a communication port part that enables passage of a vehicle between the vertical movement area part and the parking area part.

Conventionally, as this type of parking building, there is one that is configured to carry out the vertical movement of the vehicle in the vertical movement area section exclusively by self-propelling the loop road (for example, see Patent Document 1).
This is a so-called “self-propelled multi-story parking garage”. For example, a vertical movement area with an upward loop path and a vertical movement area with an exclusive loop path are provided. As a different example, a common parking area part is formed adjacent to both the up and down movement area parts, and as a different example, a loop road with two opposite lanes is provided so that the vehicle is in one up and down movement area part. There was something that was formed to move up and down. In some cases, a parking space is provided in the loop shaft portion surrounded by the loop road.
On the other hand, when the roof floor of a building is used as a parking space, there has been a vehicle lift provided in place of the loop road, assuming that the vertical movement area can be made compact.
Thus, the conventional parking building provided only one of the self-propelled loop road or the vehicle lift as the vertical movement area.

1)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-205155 (FIG. 1)

According to the conventional parking building described above, in the case of a parking building with a self-propelled loop road, a faulty vehicle that cannot self-propelled cannot travel on an inclined loop road alone, and moves to the parking space. I can't park. In addition, due to the floor height limitation, it is generally difficult to load and pass on a loading platform such as a truck.
In that respect, a vehicle equipped with a vehicle lift can be loaded and moved to a predetermined floor even in the case of the failed vehicle, and can be accommodated in a predetermined parking space.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide both a self-propelled loop road and a vehicle lift so that both a vehicle that can self-propell and a vehicle that cannot self-propell are available.
Specifically, for example, in order to weave a vehicle lift on the basis of a building plan having the loop road, a shaft area of the vehicle lift or a vehicle that enters and exits the parking space from the vehicle lift is newly added. It is necessary to secure access area for each floor.
If there is a margin in the site area, it can be dealt with by increasing the total building area, but in order to deal with it within the limited site area, the area corresponding to the total area of the shaft area and the entrance / exit area is set as the parking space. It will be appropriated.
As a result, there is a problem that the parking space is reduced.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a parking building that can secure more parking spaces in solving both of the above problems and providing both a self-propelled loop road and a vehicle lift.

The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a plurality of floors are provided with a vertically moving area section provided with a loop road on which a vehicle can run on different floors while drawing a loop, and a parking floor provided with a plurality of parking spaces. A parking area comprising a parking area part, and a communication opening part that allows a vehicle to pass between the vertical movement area part and the parking area part, and is surrounded by the loop road In addition, a vehicle lift capable of driving the vehicle up and down is disposed on the parking floor at the loop shaft portion, and an entrance of the vehicle lift is provided facing the loop road.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, the loop shaft portion surrounded by the loop road can be effectively used as a vehicle lift capable of driving the vehicle up and down on the parking floor.
In addition, since the entrance of the vehicle lift faces the loop road, the vehicle entrance / exit from the vehicle lift partially enters the parking space and partially overlaps the loop road. The required area for the moving area can be reduced.
As a result, it is possible to secure a larger area of the parking area within the limited site area.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the communication port portion is provided at a planar position where an entrance of the vehicle lift can be visually confirmed from the parking area portion side through the communication port portion.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to visually confirm the entrance / exit of the vehicle lift from the parking area side through the connection port portion, it is also possible to visually confirm the loop road facing the entrance / exit.
As a result, when entering and exiting the vehicle from the parking area, it is possible to visually check the entry / exit status of the vehicle to / from the vehicle lift and the traffic situation of the vehicle on the loop road, so the entry / exit can be performed more safely. .

According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the beam that supports the loop path is supported by a shaft structure member that constitutes the vehicle lift.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the loop path structural member and the shaft structural member are originally formed separately, and the beam of the loop path is supported by the shaft structural member. Therefore, a part of the structural member of the loop path and the shaft can be shared, and cost reduction and construction period can be shortened.

According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the loop road includes a slope portion whose road surface is inclined in the circumferential direction and a flat surface portion which is not inclined in the circumferential direction. It exists in the place provided facing a part of said plane part of a loop path.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, since the entrance of the vehicle lift faces the part of the flat portion of the loop road, when entering and exiting the parking space from the vehicle lift, You will pass through the flat part, you can go in and out from the vehicle lift with the same feeling as driving on flat ground, and you can drive more safely without giving psychological anxiety to the driver it can.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a boundary portion between the slope portion and the planar portion provided at a position closest to the communication port portion is arranged so that a planar position is aligned in each layer. is there.

According to the fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the boundary portion between the slope portion and the planar portion provided at a position closest to the communication port portion is arranged so that the planar position is aligned in each layer. Therefore, when the loop road side is viewed from the connection port portion, the boundary portion at the closest position can easily enter the field of view, and it can be recognized that the boundary portion is at the same position in any level of the parking area portion. .
Therefore, the scenery from the vehicle when entering the loop road from the parking area can be unified through each hierarchy. Therefore, the driver can enter the loop road from the parking area part with the same recognition at any level, and relaxed driving without feeling psychologically unnecessarily nervous or uncomfortable. It can be performed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a cardira building B which is an embodiment of a parking building according to the present invention. The building B is a multi-level steel structure building, and in addition to a parking lot, There are also vehicle maintenance factories and offices in the building.
G in the figure indicates an up and down movement area portion provided with a loop road R on which a vehicle can self-run on different levels while drawing a loop.
H in the figure indicates a parking area part in which parking floors P having a plurality of parking spaces 1 are provided on a plurality of floors.
L in the figure indicates a communication port portion that allows the vehicle to pass between the vertical movement area portion G and the parking area portion H.

The up-and-down moving area G is configured such that a vehicle can enter the loop road R from the first floor portion, and can move upstairs by sequentially going up the loop road R.
In addition, a vehicle lift 2 capable of driving the vehicle up and down is arranged on the parking floor P at the loop shaft portion surrounded by the loop road R.
Therefore, the movement of the vehicle between the first floor portion and each parking floor P can use both means of the loop road R and the vehicle lift 2.

The loop path R is formed to go counterclockwise in the plan view, and the loop upper edge R0 in the plan view of FIG. 2 is formed to be the same height as the floor level of the corresponding parking floor P. It is.
Further, the connecting port portion L is arranged on the tangent line of the loop upper edge portion R0, and the parking area portion H is passed through the connecting port portion L by going straight on the loop road R while going up to the upper floor. Can enter. Conversely, when the vehicle moves from the parking area H to the vertical movement area G, the flow line passing through the connection port L overlaps the tangent line of the loop upper edge R0. You do n’t have to, and you can go smoothly.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, in order to ensure as many parking spaces 1 as possible, the loop road R is formed only in one lane, and it is comprised so that it may also go down.
The passage of the vehicle on the loop road R is controlled up and down by control means (not shown) so that the vehicles going up and down do not collide with each other.

The loop road R includes a slope portion Rs whose road surface is inclined in the circumferential direction and a flat surface portion Rf which is not inclined in the circumferential direction, and is connected to the loop upper edge portion R0. The vicinity including the gap with the mouth portion L is configured as the flat surface portion Rf.
The boundary portion 3 between the slope portion Rs and the flat surface portion Rf provided at a position closest to the communication port portion L is arranged so that the flat surface positions are aligned in each layer.

The slope portion Rs is formed at the same gradient in all levels, and is configured so that the driving sensation when driving the vehicle and moving up and down the slope portion Rs can be kept more constant and can pass smoothly. Accordingly, in the layers having different floor heights, the length of the slope portion Rs is different, and the planar position of the boundary portion 3 is aligned at the same position in all layers, so that the other end portion of the slope portion Rs is , It becomes a different plane position in each hierarchy.

The vehicle lift 2 is formed inside a steel shaft provided with a steel shaft.
An entrance / exit 2a of the vehicle lift 2 is provided facing the flat surface portion Rf of the loop path R. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the traffic between the vehicle lift 2 and each parking area portion H can be performed through the plane portion Rf. Since the vehicle entry / exit road 4 entering / exiting the parking area H from the vehicle lift 2 overlaps a part of the loop road R, space saving can be achieved by sharing.
Moreover, since the said entrance / exit 2a is provided in the plane position which can be visually confirmed from the said parking area part H through the said connection port part L, when getting in and out of a vehicle from the parking area part H, it is to a vehicle lift. It is possible to drive by checking the entry / exit status of other vehicles.
Furthermore, since the traffic condition of the vehicle on the loop road R facing the entrance / exit 2a can be confirmed by visual observation, entry / exit can be carried out more safely.

According to the building B of the present embodiment, the loop shaft portion surrounded by the loop road R can be effectively used as the vehicle lift 2 that can drive the vehicle up and down on the parking floor P, and has a limited site area. A larger area of the parking area can be secured.
In addition, since the vehicle lift 2 can pass through the plane portion Rf, the vehicle lift 2 can travel more safely without giving psychological anxiety to the driver.
On the other hand, since the entrance / exit situation of the vehicle from the parking area H side to the vehicle lift 2 and the traffic situation of the vehicle on the loop road R can be confirmed by visual observation, the entry / exit can be carried out more safely.
Furthermore, since the arrangement of the boundary part 3 is the same on each floor, the landscape when the loop road R is viewed from the parking area part H side can be unified through each level, which is necessary for the driver. It is possible to perform relaxed driving by preventing the above tension and discomfort.
