Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning method for asbestos and the like adhering to an inner wall surface of a chimney, and a cleaning device used therefor.
In recent years, the removal of asbestos used on the walls and ceilings of buildings and various structures has become a social problem. Asbestos is also sprayed on the inner wall surface of a chimney of a factory or the like, and soot containing dioxin, soot containing heavy metal, or the like adheres to the inner wall surface as an incineration residue. Accordingly, when such a chimney is dismantled or cleaned, removal of the asbestos, the soot, etc. (in this specification and claims, simply “asbestos etc.”) becomes a problem. Yes.
The removal of asbestos and the like adhering to the inner wall surface of such a chimney is different from the removal of asbestos adhering to the ceiling surface and wall surface of the room. In other words, in the case of the room, it is sufficient to close the doorway and the like in the room with a vinyl sheet or the like and reduce the pressure so that an operator enters the space and removes asbestos. However, in the case of a chimney, work is performed in a narrow cylindrical space that extends long up and down, and all asbestos attached to the inner wall surface due to gravity falls at a high speed on the bottom surface of the chimney. , Soaring, etc. For this reason, it is difficult to keep the state where the bottom of the chimney is completely closed, and there is a special situation that even if it is initially closed, the sealed state is damaged by the asbestos that has dropped.
Under these circumstances, at present, the most primitive removal work is that an operator wearing a protective suit enters the chimney and scrapes it downward using a tool such as a scraper.
However, such a method becomes a work in a tight and narrow space where the worker can hardly move, and also imposes dangerous and poor heavy labor. In addition, it was supposed that asbestos was scattered to the atmosphere side.
Under such circumstances, in recent years, a plurality of scaffolds are assembled at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction of the chimney (for example, at intervals of 3 m), and holes are formed from the periphery of the chimney at the site where each scaffold is formed. Is inserted into the chimney, high pressure water of about 80 MPa is sprayed from the nozzle, and the asbestos and the like are peeled off from the inner wall surface for cleaning.
However, in any of the above methods, asbestos or the like adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the chimney falls to the bottom surface of the chimney at a high speed, soars around the bottom surface, and there is a possibility that it will be scattered around the surroundings. Such removal work should be improved.
In addition, in order to release the worker from harsh work, as another method, to remove asbestos attached to the inner wall surface of the chimney, insert a cleaning device equipped with an injection nozzle from the opening of the chimney top, A method has been proposed in which pressure water (ultra-high pressure water) of 150 to 250 MPa is rotated from the injection nozzle while rotating in the radial direction to remove asbestos and the like on the inner wall surface of the chimney (Patent Document 1).
However, when the asbestos and the like are peeled off from the inner wall surface by spraying the ultra-high pressure water, asbestos and the like having low hydrophilicity are scattered in large quantities from above the chimney and the like, and the bottom of the chimney is caused by the fall of the pressure water. As a result, the peeled asbestos and the like accumulate together with the large amount of water at the bottom of the chimney. In such a case, post-treatment of a large amount of water mixed (floating) with asbestos is difficult.
As described above, according to the conventional method, ancillary work such as assembly and disassembly work of a large scale is required, which increases the cost and requires a long work period. Moreover, the post-treatment of water containing a large amount of asbestos has become troublesome. And he was forced to perform harsh work on the worker.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and a method and apparatus for cleaning asbestos etc. of a chimney that can easily process asbestos after peeling and can perform a processing operation in a simple and short period of time. The purpose is to provide.
The method of cleaning the asbestos of the chimney according to the present invention,
An injection nozzle that injects high-pressure injection liquid toward the inner wall surface of the chimney to which asbestos or the like to be cleaned is attached, and a high-pressure liquid supply tube having a base end connected to a high-pressure pump is connected to the injection nozzle. The main body of the high-pressure injection device provided with the high-pressure liquid supply port for supplying the injection liquid is suspended from above so that the inside of the chimney can be lowered while gradually injecting the high-pressure injection liquid from the injection nozzle. In the cleaning method such as asbestos of the chimney that lowers and cleans the inner wall of the chimney,
The high-pressure injection device main body comprising, as the high-pressure injection device main body, a reaction force receiving member that receives a reaction force generated due to the injection of the high-pressure injection liquid at the peripheral portion of the high-pressure injection device main body and contacting the inner wall surface of the chimney And use
Using a mixed liquid containing a penetrant and a scavenger as the high-pressure jet liquid,
The asbestos adhering to the inner wall of the chimney is peeled off by the injection of the high-pressure jet liquid, and the peeled asbestos is taken into the jetted liquid mixture and dropped to the chimney bottom. And
Thus, according to the present cleaning method configured as described above, the main body of the high-pressure injection device in which the reaction force receiving member is arranged is inserted into the chimney from the upper opening, and the reaction force receiving member is used on the inner wall surface of the chimney. In a state where the reaction force resulting from the injection of the high pressure injection device main body can be received, the high pressure injection device main body is gradually lowered below the chimney while the mixed liquid is injected at a high pressure from the injection nozzle. In the state where the reaction force resulting from the injection of the high-pressure injection liquid is received by the reaction force receiving member, the injection of the high-pressure injection liquid is carried out effectively, and asbestos adhering to the inner wall surface of the chimney is injected. The inside of the chimney can be cleaned by being peeled off from the inner wall surface of the chimney and falling to the bottom without being scattered around the chimney while being wetted by the liquid and trapped in the liquid mixture.
Further, the high-pressure jet liquid composed of the mixed liquid having a large mass is placed on the portion of the high-pressure jet main body in a stable state in which the reaction force is offset by the reaction force receiving member at a site where asbestos or the like is attached. Since injection is performed at a high pressure from the injection nozzle, it can be effectively peeled off by injection at a lower pressure than when water is used as a conventional injection liquid. In addition, according to the present invention, the peeled asbestos is surely taken into the mixed solution, and therefore, there is an advantage that it is possible to perform a removal operation with little scattering into the air and without waste. .
In the cleaning method for the chimney asbestos and the like, the main body of the high-pressure injection device has a fixed portion and a rotating portion that can rotate with respect to the fixed portion. Without disposing a special drive device for rotating the rotating portion by disposing the reaction force receiving member in the fixed portion and arranging the reaction force receiving member in a state deviated slightly in the circumferential direction. When a high-pressure injection device body is used that rotates (rotates) the rotating portion with respect to the fixed portion by the reaction force of the high-pressure injection liquid from the high-pressure injection device main body, The inner wall surface of the chimney can be washed evenly in the circumferential direction simply by supplying the high-pressure jet liquid to the tank. Therefore, at the time of cleaning, the main body of the high-pressure injection device having a simple configuration can be efficiently cleaned from the upper end portion to the lower end portion of the chimney simply by lowering the main body.
In the cleaning method for chimney asbestos and the like, prior to cleaning the inner wall surface of the chimney by the main body of the high-pressure jet, at least the inner wall surface in the range of 1 to 3 m from the tip of the chimney is mixed with the penetrant and the scavenger. As a pre-process for spraying the asbestos, it is possible to more effectively prevent asbestos and the like from splashing outward from the opening of the chimney tip immediately after the start of cleaning by the high-pressure injection device body. Of course, the mixed liquid may be sprayed from the upper end to the lower end of the chimney.
In the chimney asbestos cleaning method, prior to cleaning the inner wall surface of the chimney by the main body of the high-pressure injector, if a water absorbing agent is put on the bottom of the chimney, the asbestos that falls off from the upper part is trapped. The mixed liquid can be effectively made into a gel, and if such a gel is contained in a processing bag, it can be processed easily.
Moreover, it is a cleaning apparatus used in a cleaning method for chimney asbestos and the like according to the present invention,
Such a cleaning device has a high-pressure injection device body that injects a mixed liquid containing a penetrant and a scavenger at a high pressure on the inner wall surface of the chimney,
The main body of the high-pressure injection device has a reaction force receiving portion that receives a reaction force generated due to the injection of the high-pressure injection liquid with the tip portion contacting the inner wall surface of the chimney at the peripheral portion thereof, and a high-pressure liquid supply tube A fixed portion having a high-pressure liquid supply port to which a tip is connected and high-pressure spray liquid is supplied;
At least a pair arranged so as to be rotatable with respect to the fixed portion and paired with the rotation center axis, and in a state inserted in the chimney, in a circumferential direction within a predetermined range with respect to the radial direction of the chimney And a rotating part equipped with an injection nozzle that injects the high-pressure injection liquid onto the inner wall surface of the chimney.
Thus, according to the present cleaning apparatus configured as described above, the above-described cleaning method for asbestos of a chimney can be effectively executed. That means
According to the present cleaning device, when the high-pressure jet body is suspended from the space above the chimney by a wire or the like in the chimney and the high-pressure jet liquid is jetted from the jet nozzle, the fixing portion receives the reaction force. The member is fixed to the inner wall surface of the chimney by the member, and the rotating part starts to rotate by the reaction force generated due to the injection of the high pressure injection liquid from the injection nozzle, and the mixed liquid does not move toward the inner wall surface of the chimney by the rotation. The high-pressure jet liquid consisting of is sprayed in the circumferential direction, and asbestos and the like adhering to the inner wall surface of the chimney are peeled and washed.
For this reason, the high-pressure jet liquid from the jet nozzle can effectively peel off asbestos and the like.
And, in such a state of being injected, if the main body of the high-pressure injection device is gradually lowered downward, the inner wall of the chimney can be easily washed from the upper end to the lower end without scattering asbestos or the like outside. Is possible.
In the cleaning device, when the lance rod having the injection nozzle at the tip and the base end connected to the rotating body is bent at a predetermined angle at a halfway portion, the lance rod itself is rotated by a predetermined angle. If it does, it becomes a structure which can change the injection direction of the high pressure injection liquid from an injection nozzle, and can change a rotational force and an injection direction suitably according to the condition of the dirt in a chimney.
According to the chimney asbestos cleaning method and cleaning device configured as described above, it is possible to easily handle asbestos after peeling, and to provide a simple scaffolding on the upper end of the chimney, and in a short period of time. Asbestos attached to the inner wall of the chimney can be peeled off and washed. Further, post-treatment such as asbestos after washing can be easily performed.
Hereinafter, a method and apparatus for cleaning an asbestos of a chimney according to an embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
(Example)
1 and 2, A is a cleaning device, and the cleaning device A includes a high-pressure injection device
The high-pressure
At least a pair of
The high-pressure injection device
The fixed

As shown in FIG. 4, the liquid suction port (water suction port) of the high-pressure pump P is connected to the
Therefore, the cleaning apparatus A according to the present invention configured as described above can remove asbestos and the like attached to the inner wall surface of the chimney by performing the following cleaning method when cleaning the chimney. That means
At the time of cleaning the chimney, as shown in FIG. 4, a water absorbing agent is sprinkled on the
As the water absorbing agent, in this example, the trade name “EB-800HS” (■ Ecobond:
The head office uses 164 Kawato, Tojo-cho, Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, 19). The main component of EB-800HS is an acrylic acid polymer partial sodium salt. However, the water-absorbing agent is not limited to the above-mentioned water-absorbing agent, and any water-absorbing agent can be used as long as it can exhibit the same action (the action of effectively making a mixed liquid containing captured asbestos and the like a gel). Others may be used.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a
Subsequently, prior to the cleaning of the chimney inner wall surface by the high pressure injection device
Then, the high-pressure cleaning device
Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the high-pressure
As the high-pressure jet liquid, a mixed liquid containing a penetrant and a scavenger is used.
In this example, as the penetrant, the trade name “EB-Eco Dash B” (■ Eco Bond: Head Office, 164 Kawato, Tojo-cho, Shobara-shi, Hiroshima, 19) is used. The main components of EB-Eco Dash B are a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, and a polyhydric alcohol mixture.
In addition, as the scavenger, the trade name “EB-2000WJ” (■ Eco Bond: Head Office, 164 Kawato, Tojo-cho, Shobara-shi, Hiroshima, 19) is used. The main component of such EB-2000WJ is acrylamide / acrylic acid / 2-acryloylamino 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid polymer sodium salt. However, other penetrants and scavengers may be used as long as they can exhibit the same action (referring to the action of wetting asbestos and the like and enveloping the asbestos and the like separated in the mixed solution).
The mixing ratio of the penetrant and the scavenger is approximately 1 ml of EB-Eco Dash B and 12 ml of EB-2000WJ with respect to 1 liter of water. The specific gravity is about 1 or more. Regarding the mixing ratio, the EB-Eco Dash B may be used in a ratio of about 0.1 ml to 10 ml and the EB-2000WJ in a ratio of about 4.0 ml to 30 ml with respect to 1 liter of water. . More preferably, the EB-Eco Dash B is used in a ratio of about 0.5 ml to 1.5 ml and the EB-2000WJ is used in a ratio of about 9 ml to 15 ml with respect to 1 liter of water.
As shown in FIG. 4, the high-pressure jet liquid is accommodated in a
Through such a preparation process, as shown in FIG. 4, the high-pressure
If the injection pressure is about 30 MPa to about 80 MPa, the removal operation can be performed efficiently. More preferably, the injection pressure may be about 40 MPa to about 60 MPa.
As a result of such injection, asbestos or the like adhering to the inner wall surface of the chimney is effectively peeled off. At the time of such peeling, scattering of the asbestos and the like into the atmosphere is suppressed as much as possible by wetting the asbestos and the like with the mixed solution and wrapping after peeling, and also with the above-described wetting by the mixed solution.
Since the injection direction of the
By the way, when it is desired to adjust the rotation speed of the
Further, since the injection direction of the
In addition, asbestos is previously sprayed with the mixed liquid containing the penetrant and the scavenger as described above, and as described above, the high-pressure jet liquid is jetted downward and the high-pressure jet liquid is injected into the asbestos. Since asbestos and the like are taken in, the jet of the high-pressure jet liquid does not scatter from the opening above the chimney to the atmosphere side.
In this state, if the
And the asbestos etc. which fell to the
When the high pressure injection device
Therefore, next, if an operator packs the gel-like asbestos etc. on the
Further, the above-described embodiment is merely one embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented in various forms within the scope based on the technical idea of the present invention. It goes without saying that it becomes possible.
