Abstract

PURPOSE:To make dust into gelation as well as to prevent asbestos from diffusing by projecting high-pressure water or the like, spraying pre-dilute polymer dispersion in a peripheral spot for eliminating sprayed asbestos, and forming a continuous spray curtain there. CONSTITUTION:The whole area of a removal work section for sprayed asbestos is covered with a polyethylene sheet, its joint is stuck by a gummed cloth tape, and a waterproof film is applied whereby high-pressure water is made so as not to be leaked to the outside. In addition, an operator is made to use a mask, preventing him from inhaling any asbestos dust, and pre-dilute polymer dispersion is sprayed to a peripheral spot where the high-pressure water is projected in synchronization with high-pressure water projecting separation, thereby forming an continuous spraying curtain. Then, high water absorptive resin is scattered, and water content asbestos or the like is made into gelation at once, whereby it is tightly attached to the polyethylene sheet. With this constitution, perfection for pollution prevention can be thus ensured.

(1) A method of using a powerful dust collector to simultaneously suck up the material cut by the worker and collecting it in a sealed container. (2) A method of spraying or injecting resin onto the asbestos to solidify it and removing it manually with a scraper ( 3) Methods include spraying high-pressure water to moisten and remove asbestos, and asbestos that has peeled off on the floor surface, gel it and capture it with a polymeric water-absorbing agent sprinkled on the floor surface, and mix it with cement to solidify and recover. .

According to the above-mentioned conventional technology, it is said that the method described in (1) makes it possible to clean and ventilate the working room at once after the removal of asbestos]. 1) It is not reliable enough to expect a satisfactory effect in a wide range of construction sites since it only collects dust around the dust suction port.
(2) Removal methods that rely on human labor tactics require a great deal of labor from the workers involved in removing asbestos 21#, and detailed manual removal is impossible. Furthermore, although the method (3) is superior in terms of safety, workability, and F efficiency, it cannot be overlooked that there remains a problem in the dispersion of asbestos dust due to the impact when removing by spraying high-pressure water. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems found in the four existing asbestos removal methods, the present invention satisfactorily provides a method for removing asbestos dust, collecting asbestos fibers, etc. while ensuring work safety and efficiency. The purpose is to provide a method.

That is, the present invention forms a continuous spray curtain by spraying pre-diluted polymer dispersion around the area where asbestos is to be removed by projecting high-pressure water, and captures and gels the dust that accompanies the peeling of asbestos. Alternatively, the spraying prevents asbestos from spreading through drying and solidification.

As described above, in the present invention, asbestos is peeled off and removed by spraying by spraying high-pressure water, but it has an important meaning in preventing asbestos dust from spreading due to the impact of the sprayed water.

Therefore, first, prior to the work, the asbestos removal area should be entirely surrounded by a polyethylene sheet, and the seams should be completely coated with Vj Water Nol to prevent any leakage of the sprayed water. Asbestos dust generated during high-pressure water injection in a closed enclosure is enveloped in a continuous spray curtain formed by a jet of diluted polymer dispersion. In other words, the asbestos dust that has been peeled off and scattered falls down due to the water being thrown, but the inner part of the asbestos becomes dust at the same time as it is thrown off, while the polymer dispersion that is continuously sprayed around the asbestos falls. The polymer dispersion that is caught and falls onto the ground envelops the dust, and some of it gels after falling, and some of it sticks to the floor or wall without scattering due to the dry solidification of the polymer dispersion. (Even when the polyethylene sheet is dismantled and collected after the work is completed, no dust is spread, so there is no risk of secondary pollution.

:Example of implementation] Spraying is done by separating the asbestos work area from the outside, and covering the entire asbestos demolition and removal work area with polyethylene sheets to prevent asbestos FAn from scattering to the outside. The seams of these sheets are glued with gum tape, and a waterproof coating is applied on top of it to prevent water leakage, so as to prevent moisture from leaking outside due to high-pressure water spraying and peeling. 0 Workers must wear masks while working. Asbestos $5) Engage in high-pressure water jet stripping without inhaling dust. Around the high-pressure water projection position, a pre-diluted polymer dispersion is sprayed with a sprayer in synchronization with the high-pressure water jetting and peeling.Continuous I!
' to form a fog curtain. Super absorbent resin is sprayed on the polyethylene sheet floor work area, and the hydrated asbestos removed by high-pressure water and the sprayed polymer dispersion immediately gel, and other dust is included in the polymer dispersion and some of it dries. At the same time, it adheres to the polyethylene sheet. In this way, the gelled, exfoliated asbestos and the dust contained in the polymer dispersion are collected within the polyethylene sheet in the work area, are deposited on the worker's clothing, and are never dispersed elsewhere.

As described in 1, the present invention uses high-pressure water to spray a pre-diluted polymer dispersion onto the asbestos detachment, forming a continuous spray curtain to capture asbestos dust and prevent it from dispersing. Therefore, the removal and recovery of asbestos in the work area is ensured as gelled asbestos and polymer dispersion adhering dust without causing any damage outside the area, and the workability is extremely high and safety is assured. It is possible to demonstrate the thoroughness of pollution prevention without any anxiety.
