Abstract
【解決手段】ラジエータ1は、扁平状の断面形状を有する複数本のチューブ3の内部を流通する内部流体と複数本のチューブ3の外部を流通する外部流体との間で熱交換を行う。チューブ3の内壁には、表面に曲面部302を有してチューブ短径方向Yに突出する傾斜突起部30がチューブ長手方向Zに並んで複数個形成されている。複数個の傾斜突起部30は、それぞれ平面視で細長状であり、かつチューブ長手方向Zに直交するチューブ長径方向Xに対して同じ側に傾斜した状態で配置されている。

Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係る熱交換器について図1〜図11を用いて説明する。第1実施形態の熱交換器は、扁平状の断面形状を有する複数本のチューブを備え、チューブの内壁面には特徴的な突起部が形成されているものである。このような熱交換器をラジエータに適用した例について以下に説明する。図1は、第1実施形態におけるラジエータ1の概略構造を表した斜視図である。
上述の実施形態では、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (7)
- 扁平状の横断面形状を有する複数本のチューブ(3)の内部を流通する内部流体と、前記複数本のチューブの外部を流通する外部流体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
前記チューブの内壁には、表面に曲面部(302)を有して前記チューブ短径方向(Y)に突出する突起部(30)が前記チューブ長手方向(Z)に並んで複数個形成されており、
前記複数個の突起部は、それぞれ平面視で細長状であり、かつ前記チューブ長手方向に直交する前記チューブ長径方向(X)に対して同じ側に傾斜した状態で配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - チューブ内壁面(304)から前記突起部の頂面(303)までの前記突起部の高さ寸法(H)は、前記チューブ内部の短径寸法(B)の35パーセント以上63パーセント以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記細長状の突起部における幅寸法(W)は、前記チューブの内壁面から前記突起部の頂面(303)までの高さ寸法(H)の6.67倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記チューブ長径方向における前記突起部の長さ寸法(L1)は、前記チューブ内部の長径寸法(A)の40パーセント以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記突起部の中心軸線(301)が前記チューブ長径方向に対して傾く傾斜角度(θ)は、20度以上60度以下の範囲に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記突起部の中心軸線(301)が前記チューブ長径方向に対して傾く傾斜角度(θ)は、40度以上50度以下の範囲に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記突起部における前記内部流体下流側の端部(306)は、さらに下流に位置する前記突起部における前記内部流体上流側の端部(305)に対して、前記チューブ長手方向に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
