Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の回転式ガス圧縮機用潤滑油組成物は、粘度指数120以上の潤滑油基油と、フェニル−α−ナフチルアミンまたはその誘導体と、p,p’−ジアルキルジフェニルアミンまたはその誘導体と、粘度指数向上剤と、を含有する。

Description
(1)パラフィン基系原油及び/又は混合基系原油の常圧蒸留による留出油
(2)パラフィン基系原油及び/又は混合基系原油の常圧蒸留残渣油の減圧蒸留による留出油(WVGO)
(3)潤滑油脱ろう工程により得られるワックス(スラックワックス等)及び/又はガストゥリキッド(GTL)プロセス等により得られる合成ワックス(フィッシャートロプシュワックス、GTLワックス等)
(4)原料(1)〜(3)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の原料及び/又は当該混合原料のマイルドハイドロクラッキング処理油
(5)原料(1)〜(4)から選ばれる2種以上の混合油
(6)原料(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)又は(5)の脱れき油(DAO)
(7)原料(6)のマイルドハイドロクラッキング処理油(MHC)
(8)原料(1)〜(7)から選ばれる2種以上の混合油。
また、100℃における動粘度は、好ましくは2〜7mm2/s、より好ましくは3〜6mm2/s、さらに好ましくは3.5〜4.5mm2/sである。100℃における動粘度が2より低いと摺動部での摩耗が増大するため好ましくなく、7より高いと攪拌抵抗が増大し、エネルギー消費が増すため好ましくない。
[一般式(1)中、R1は水素原子又は炭素数1〜16の直鎖状若しくは分枝状のアルキル基を示す。]
[一般式(2)中、R2及びR3は同一でも異なっていてもよく、それぞれ炭素数1〜16のアルキル基を示す。]
エステル油性剤は、天然物( 通常は動植物などに由来する天然油脂に含まれるもの) であっても合成物であってもよが、合成エステルであることが好ましい。
アルコール油性剤としては、炭素数1〜24の1価アルコール及び2〜10価の多価アルコールなどが挙げられる。
実施例1〜10および比較例1〜4においては、それぞれ以下に示す潤滑油基油および添加剤を用いて、表2〜4に示す組成を有する潤滑油組成物を調製した。
潤滑油基油A1〜A4の性状を表1に示す。A1及びA2はワックス分解系高度精製油、A3は高度水素化精製油、A4は溶剤精製基油である。表1中、40℃における動粘度、100℃における動粘度および粘度指数はJIS K 2283に準拠して測定された値である。また、n−d−M環分析の結果は、ASTM D3238−85(n−d−M環分析)に準拠して測定したものであり、%CPはパラフィン炭素数の全炭素数に対する百分率、%CNはナフテン炭素数の全炭素数に対する百分率、%CAは芳香族炭素数の全炭素数に対する百分率である。
酸化防止剤:
B1:炭素数8の分枝アルキル基を有するアルキルフェニルα−ナフチルアミン
B2:炭素数12の分枝アルキル基を有するアルキルフェニルα−ナフチルアミン
B3:炭素数4の分枝アルキル基と炭素数8分枝アルキル基を有するジアルキルジフェニルアミン
B4:炭素数8分枝アルキル基を有するジアルキルジフェニルアミン
B5:炭素数9分枝アルキル基を有するジアルキルジフェニルアミン
B6:炭素数12分枝アルキル基を有するジアルキルジフェニルアミン
粘度指数向上剤:
C1:エチレンプロピレンコポリマー(三井化学製ルーカントHC2000、100℃における動粘度:2000mm2/s、粘度指数:300)
C2:ポリα―オレフィン(100℃動粘度:39 mm2/s、粘度指数147)
D1:カルシウムサリシレート
日立製作所社製回転式ガス圧縮機OSPA−5.5Uを使用して、平均運転温度80℃、平均運転圧力0.7MPa、試験途中での試料油の補給は無い条件で連続運転を実施した。連続運転中、2,000時間毎に試料油を採取し、JIS K 2514「回転ボンベ式酸化安定度試験(RBOT)」に準拠して安定度試験を実施し、RBOT値が100分未満になるまでの時間を実機寿命時間(h)とした。得られた結果を表2〜4に示す。なお、表4中、「中止」は、200時間で異音が発生したため試験を中止したことを意味する。
神戸製鋼製回転式ガス圧縮機CM11BD5を使用いて、平均運転温度90℃、平均運転圧力0.7MPaで運転し、運転時間200時間経過時点での消費電力量(kWH)を測定した。得られた結果を表2〜4に示す。

フェニル−α−ナフチルアミンまたはその誘導体と、
p,p’−ジアルキルジフェニルアミンまたはその誘導体と、
粘度指数向上剤と、
を含有することを特徴とする回転式ガス圧縮機用潤滑油組成物。
