Claims (1)
- アイテム仕分けシステム内で重複アイテムを検出する方法であって、
前記アイテムに沿った複数の場所で前記アイテムの厚さを測定すること、
前記測定厚のばらつきを検出すること、
離散した厚さレベル間の段部を示す厚さの差異を測定すること、
前記段部と所定高さ値とを比較すること、及び
段部高さが前記所定高さ値よりも大きい場合、2つ以上の重複アイテムを示す二重送り状態を判定すること、
を含む方法において、
重複アイテムを互いに対して変位させるために運搬経路に沿った前記アイテムの移動の方向を変化させ、前記移動方向の変化が前記運搬経路内の移行区域に沿った前記アイテムの搬送を含み、前記移行区域が前記運搬経路内の屈曲部、湾曲部、及び縁部のうちのいずれか1つを含むこと、及び
前記変位中に前記アイテムの剛性を測定すること、
を含み、
段部高さが前記所定高さ値よりも大きく、かつ前記剛性が所定剛性値よりも大きい場合、二重送り状態が存在すると判定されること、
を特徴とする方法。
