Abstract
【解決手段】一側に第1電極タップ16が備えられた第1電極板13と、前記第1電極タップと重ならないように他側に第2電極タップ17が備えられた第2電極板15と、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板の間に介在されたセパレータ14を含む電極組立体12と、前記電極組立体と電解液を収容するケースを含み、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板と前記セパレータの間に付着された粘着剤80を更に含む。

Claims (12)
- 一側に第1電極タップが備えられた第1電極板と、前記第1電極タップと重ならないように他側に第2電極タップが備えられた第2電極板と、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板の間に介在されたセパレータを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と電解液を収容するケースと
を含み、
前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板と前記セパレータの間に付着された粘着剤を更に含む二次電池。 - 前記粘着剤は、電解液により表面が化学的な変形を起こし、粘着性を有するように変質されて自身が付着された電極板とこれに隣接するセパレータを密着させる物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、オリエンテッドポリスチレン接着フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板のそれぞれの対向する縁部に沿って付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板のそれぞれの上部及び下部縁部に沿って横方向に付着されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、前記縁部を覆うように付着されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板のそれぞれの両面に対向する辺に沿って付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極板、前記第2電極板及び前記セパレータがゼリーロール状で巻き取られた構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻取型電極組立体の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記第1電極板、前記第2電極板及び前記セパレータが複数ずつ備えられて積層された構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型電極組立体の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、複数の前記第1電極板及び第2電極板のそれぞれの両側縁部に沿って縦方向に付着されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、複数の前記第1電極板及び第2電極板のそれぞれの枠に沿って付着されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記粘着剤は、前記複数の第1電極板及び第2電極板のそれぞれの枠を覆うように付着されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
