Abstract
【解決手段】燃焼による排気が流れる雰囲気中に設置された放射器2と、放射器2の初期の固有周波数と同じ周波数で発振して信号を発生する発振回路3と、発振回路3からの信号を放射器2に給電したときの定在波比を検出する定在波比検出回路4と、この定在波比から放射器2に付着したPM量を推定する推定回路5とを備えた。

Claims (2)
- 燃焼による排気が流れる雰囲気中に設置された放射器と、該放射器の初期の固有周波数と同じ周波数で発振して信号を発生する発振回路と、該発振回路からの信号を前記放射器に給電したときの定在波比を検出する定在波比検出回路と、この定在波比から前記放射器に付着したPM量を推定する推定回路とを備えたことを特徴とするPMセンサ。
- 前記放射器に付着したPMを燃焼させるヒータを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のPMセンサ。
