Description

前記フューザサブシステムは、基材の上に配置されているハイパーナノ複合体コーティングを含み、前記ハイパーナノ複合体コーティングは、ポリカルボシラン、ポリカルボシリキサンまたはポリカルボシロキサン、ポリカルボシラゼン、およびポリフルオロカーボンからなる群から選ばれる1つ以上の架橋超分岐ポリマーの中に実質的に均一に分散している複数のナノ粒子を含む装置。
