前記ケースに枢支され前記ストライカーに負荷を与えない通常の非作動位置から前記本体側に設けられた突当部に当たったときの応力により回動され作動位置に切り換えられて、前記ストライカーを前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して移動する切換部材と、
前記切換部材を作動位置から非作動位置へ復帰させるばね手段と
