Abstract
【解決手段】電動モータ9によって駆動される液圧ポンプ2と、この液圧ポンプ2から吐出される作動液によって伸張作動する液圧シリンダ3とを備える電動液圧アクチュエータ1であって、液圧ポンプ2から吐出される作動液に抵抗を付与するポンプ吐出流絞り15と、液圧ポンプ2の吐出側に連通するポンプ吐出側連通路17と、タンク10側に連通するタンク側連通路18と、ポンプ吐出側連通路17とタンク側連通路18の間を開閉する切換弁4とを備えた。

Claims (5)
- 作動液を溜めるタンクと、
電動モータによって駆動される液圧ポンプと、
この液圧ポンプから吐出される作動液によって伸張作動または収縮作動する液圧シリンダと、
前記液圧ポンプから吐出される作動液に抵抗を付与するポンプ吐出流絞りと、
前記液圧ポンプの吐出側に連通するポンプ吐出側連通路と、
前記タンク側に連通するタンク側連通路と、
前記ポンプ吐出側連通路と前記タンク側連通路の間を開閉する切換弁と、を備え、
前記液圧ポンプの停止時に前記切換弁が前記ポンプ吐出側連通路と前記タンク側連通路とを連通し前記液圧シリンダの伸縮が外力によって行われるフリーポジションに保持される一方、前記液圧ポンプの吐出作動時に前記ポンプ吐出流絞りより上流側に生じる前記液圧ポンプの吐出圧が高まるのに応動して前記切換弁が前記ポンプ吐出側連通路と前記タンク側連通路との連通を遮断するロードポジションに切換わり、前記液圧ポンプから吐出される作動液によって前記液圧シリンダが伸張作動または収縮作動することを特徴とする電動液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記タンク側連通路を流れる作動液に抵抗を付与する戻し流絞りを備え、
前記液圧シリンダの伸縮が外力によって行われるときに前記タンク側連通路にて前記戻し流絞りより上流側に生じる圧力によって前記切換弁がフリーポジションに保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記切換弁は、
スプール収容孔と、
このスプール収容孔に摺動可能に挿入されるスプールと、
このスプールの外周との間に前記ポンプ吐出流絞りを画成するスリーブと、
前記スプールを貫通して前記ポンプ吐出側連通路を画成する貫通孔と、
前記タンク側連通路を画成し前記スプールを着座させるバルブシートと、
前記スプールを前記バルブシートから離す方向に付勢するリターンスプリングとを備え、
前記液圧ポンプの停止時に前記スプールが前記バルブシートから離れて前記ポンプ吐出側連通路と前記タンク側連通路とを連通する一方、前記液圧ポンプの吐出作動時に前記ポンプ吐出流絞りより上流側に生じる前記液圧ポンプの吐出圧が高まるのに応動して前記スプールが前記バルブシートに着座して前記ポンプ吐出側連通路と前記タンク側連通路との連通を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記バルブシートの外周に環状凸部が形成され、
この環状凸部と前記スプール収容孔の間に前記戻し流絞りが画成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動液圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記液圧シリンダはピストンによって仕切られるボトム側液圧室とロッド側液圧室とを備え、
前記ボトム側液圧室または前記ロッド側液圧室の一方に液圧ポンプから吐出される作動液が導かれる構成とし、
前記ボトム側液圧室または前記ロッド側液圧室の他方と前記タンクとを連通するタンク通路を備え、
前記タンクの作動液がフリーポジションにある前記切換弁と前記タンク通路を介して前記ボトム側液圧室と前記ロッド側液圧室にそれぞれ給排されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の電動液圧アクチュエータ。
