Abstract
【解決手段】固定機構および固定機構を製造する方法を提供する。当該固定機構を製造する方法は、電子装置について利用される。当該電子装置は、第1の筐体50を有する。当該方法は、少なくとも以下の段階を備える。ねじ込み孔を有するボス413を熱溶融方式で座部411に埋設して、ボスおよび座部で第1の固定部41を形成する。その後、第1の固定部を第1の筐体に熱溶融方式で配設する。

Claims (14)
- 第1の筐体を有する電子装置で用いられる固定機構を製造する方法であって、
ねじ込み孔を有するボスを熱溶融方式で座部に埋設して、前記ボスおよび前記座部で第1の固定部を形成する段階と、
前記第1の固定部を前記第1の筐体に熱溶融方式で配設する段階と
を少なくとも備える方法。 - 前記ボスを熱溶融方式で前記座部に埋設する段階において、前記座部の埋設面は傾斜した面である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電子装置はさらに第2の筐体を有し、前記第1の固定部を前記第1の筐体に熱溶融方式で配設する段階の後に、前記方法はさらに、
第2の固定部を用意する段階と、
前記第2の固定部を、前記第2の筐体の固定孔を通して、前記第1の固定部の前記ボスに螺入させて、前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体を互いに固定する段階と
を備える請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体を互いに固定する段階の後、前記座部の前記埋設面は、前記第2の筐体の内壁に合わせられる請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の固定部は、ネジである請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体は、プラスチック製である請求項3から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ボスを熱溶融方式で前記座部に埋設する段階の後、前記方法はさらに、
前記ボスおよび前記座部によって形成されている前記第1の固定部を検査する段階
を備える請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記座部は、前記座部の複数の熱溶融点を用いて、前記第1の筐体に熱溶融方式で配設される請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 電子装置の第1の筐体および第2の筐体を互いに固定するための固定機構であって、
熱溶融方式で前記第1の筐体に配設されており、ボスおよび座部を有しており、前記ボスは熱溶融方式で前記座部に埋設されていると共にねじ込み孔を持つ、第1の固定部と、
前記第2の筐体の固定孔を通って、前記第1の固定部の前記ボスに螺入されて、前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体を互いに固定する第2の固定部と
を備え、
前記第1の固定部は、熱溶融方式で前記ボスが前記座部に埋設された後に、熱溶融方式で前記第1の筐体に配設される固定機構。 - 熱溶融方式で前記ボスが埋設される前記座部の埋設面は、傾斜した面である請求項9に記載の固定機構。
- 前記座部の前記埋設面は、前記第2の筐体の内壁に合わせられている請求項10に記載の固定機構。
- 前記座部は複数の熱溶融点を含み、前記複数の熱溶融点を用いて前記第1の固定部は前記第1の筐体に熱溶融方式で配設されている請求項9から11の何れか1項に記載の固定機構。
- 前記第2の固定部は、ネジである請求項9から12の何れか1項に記載の固定機構。
- 前記第1の筐体および前記第2の筐体は、プラスチック製である請求項9から13の何れか1項に記載の固定機構。
