  When the counting target is a transparent capsule, light cannot pass through a counting sensor configured by a normal photo interrupter. Therefore, in the present embodiment, even the transparent capsule can be detected by reducing the optical axis of the counting sensor to be small and weakening the output.
  As a configuration for that purpose, through holes are provided at the front end of the tablet dropping chute 40 in a direction (in the plane) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 40d, and a bar-shaped light-projecting side counting sensor 40j is provided in each through hole. The light receiving side counting sensor 40k is inserted.
  The opposed surfaces of the light emitting side counting sensor 40j and the light receiving side counting sensor 40k are respectively provided with minute through holes, and an optical path is formed through these minute through holes. In addition, since the output of the light emitted from the light projection side counting sensor 40j is set so weak that it does not pass through the transparent capsule, it can be detected without passing through the transparent capsule.

Claims (8)

  1. A case comprising a bottomed cylindrical container, a tablet discharge port provided in a part of the outer peripheral portion of the bottom plate, and a case fixedly arranged in an inclined state,
    A rotary disk that is formed of a disk-shaped member that is rotatably accommodated around the cylinder axis in the case, and a plurality of accommodating parts for accommodating tablets or the like are formed by notches on the outer peripheral edge part thereof;
    A hopper disposed above the rotating plate;
    A supply chute for supplying the tablet supplied from the hopper to the upstream side of the tablet discharge port on the inclined low position side of the rotating disk;
    A vibrator for vibrating the supply chute,
    A counting unit that counts the tablets that are stored in the housing unit and rotate and fall from the tablet discharge port;
    A tablet counting and filling apparatus, comprising: a filling unit that fills the container with the counted tablets.
  2.   The tablet counting and filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tilt angle of the central axis of the rotating disk is in the range of 30 to 40 °.
  3.   The tablet counting and filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of rotating discs having different notch shapes in the housing portion are provided as replacement parts.
  4.   The tablet counting and filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a passage portion for receiving the dropped tablet and guiding it to the filling portion is provided at a lower portion of the tablet discharge port.
  5.   The tablet counting and filling apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a counting sensor as the counting unit is provided at an outlet of the passage unit.
  6.   The tablet counting and filling apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the passage portion is provided with means for absorbing a drop impact of the tablet.
  7.   2. The tablet according to claim 1, wherein a tablet wiper is provided on the rotating disk downstream of the supply chute and upstream of the tablet discharge port in the rotation direction of the rotating disk along the upper surface of the rotating disk. Counting filling device.
