Abstract
【解決手段】中空金属管に少なくとも1回の圧延及び熱処理を行う工程と、中空金属管の面にき裂を与える工程を有するき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法において、中空金属管の面にき裂を与える工程を、少なくとも最終回の圧延及び熱処理の工程前に行う。

Claims (6)
- 金属表面に意識的に導入されたき裂を有する中空金属管であって、前記き裂の部分の金属結晶が、き裂を導入する前の母相金属の金属結晶と実質的に同一であると同時に、前記き裂の肉厚方向深さが、0.1mm以下であることを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管。
- 中空金属管に少なくとも1回の圧延及び熱処理を行う工程と、前記中空金属管の面にき裂を与える工程を有するき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法において、前記中空金属管の面にき裂を与える工程を、少なくとも最終回の圧延及び熱処理の工程前に行うことを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載の製造方法において、前記き裂の横断面形状が、矩形、V字型、U字型のいずれかであることを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載の製造方法において、前記き裂の肉厚方向深さが、0.1mm以下であることを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載の製造方法において、前記中空金属管の面にき裂を与える工程において与えられるき裂の肉厚方向深さが、0.4mmより深いことを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管の製造方法。
- 金属表面に物理的方法によって意識的に導入されたき裂を有する中空金属管であって、前記き裂の部分の金属結晶が、き裂を導入する前の母相金属の金属結晶と実質的に同一であるであることを特徴とするき裂試験用中空金属管。
